I was friends with Audrey through a mutual friend Patrick. He introduced me to Audrey a little over a year before she passed. What I remeber of her is a beautiful strong young woman that could do anything that she wanted to in life. All of her doors were open and opportunity was always there. She had a family that cared greatly for her, and friends that loved her as well. I will remember the fun times and hope to see her again in another life. I wish her family and friends well. She was one of the most wonderful people I have ever known. Life is much different without her. Sometimes I just want to believe that she is in New York and I will see her at Thanksgiving. But I know it's not true and that I will never see her on earth again. She will never be able to frolic with my children and nephews or laugh and giggle or cry with all of us siblings again. I know she will never be able to visit her aunts and uncles and grandma or embrace our mother or father. It's quite unresting to think of all of this. Most of the time I try to remember what we had. I thank God that she was such a stong person in my life and that I got to spend so much time and make so many memories with her. I feel truly blessed. I also know that we will walk together again when it is my time to leave earth. I have to remember embrace life and enjoy every moment as you never know what the fork in the road will bring. Audrey has moved on to to work on a spiritual level now and has made a huge impact on anybody that she came in contact with. She will be missed and loved forever. We will always remember her and keep the fondness of her in our hearts. We will continue to tell stories of her and hold on to the blessing we had. Her soul is free and she will continue to endure in another realm. Thank you from my family for all of the support and love that everyone has surrounded us with. I know that the strength of Father Randy and Mother Laura, along with the siblings will find some reason for this tragedy. They are the most open minded, strong willed, spiritual, and inspirational people. Everyone that knows them wishes they had a family like theirs. Thank you for bringing this gift into the world. Audrey, I want you at the gate waiting for me when Its my time. I never knew that she was such an incredible model. I knew about her modeling but I never knew she was kinda big. After I left high school I went to college and lost touch with a lot of people and when I heard about Audi then I took the first flight home to be in town for the funeral but got called to Avignon , France for some Training. Since the 7th grade Audrey was around and she warmed those around her but i will admit she can be a bitch when she wants. To the Family I will say that I know what it has been like and I feel the pain. Godspeed Audi and remember that no matter where she is ...she will be watching so let's make her smile brighten the world like she wanted to do.
