		<description>Her nose looks misshapen.   The cartilage in her nose has probably been destroyed from the snorting.   The nose appears to collapse in on itself.  

I am confused about the pictures of Kate Moss, though:  Is the one on the bottom the photo that is most recent or is it the one on the top?  The one on the top actually has a better shape than the one shown in the bottom picture.
