Kate Moss‘ fiancé Pete Doherty was reportedly involved in a bloody brawl with an Italian photographer on Monday night. The Babyshambles frontman was drenched in blood after coming to blows with the paparazzo outside his Rome hotel, following his performance at the famous Piper Club. Witnesses said Doherty, 27, jumped on the photographer and punched him repeatedly before the pair were separated.
One witness is quoted by Britain’s Daily Express newspaper as saying: “Pete’s head was dripping with blood. The band grabbed metal ashtrays to use as weapons when the fight started.” Police were not called and Doherty’s wounds were tended to by fans and band members. The photographer reportedly needed hospital treatment.
Earlier in the evening the band stormed off stage when a member of the crowd threw a bottle at the Babyshambles’ drummer’s head - after Doherty threw his microphone stand into the audience.
At the end of the gig, Pete pushed over the amplifiers and drum kit, smashed another microphone stand and stormed off stage.
During a concert in Florence at the weekend, supermodel Kate Moss joined the band on stage to duet with her fiancé for his song ‘La belle et le bete’ which he wrote for her.
Doherty entered rehab last month and is said to be currently clean from his heroin and crack cocaine addiction. Kate, 32, has agreed to marry the rocker if he stays off the drugs and the wedding date is set for her birthday next January.
It has also been claimed the model is pregnant with Doherty’s baby (read here) .

Hotel heiress and part-time model Paris Hilton is to model for an upmarket American fashion line in India next year despite her music video being banned in the country for being too explicit, a newspaper report said on Monday.
The 25-year-old heiress to the Hilton hotel fortune will shoot for her friend, Anand Jon, an American fashion designer of Indian descent who is introducing a line of high-end evening wear for India’s stylish elite.
“Paris is a very close friend of mine. We have known each other for a long time now. So, when I told her about this visit, she was pretty excited,” the Times of India quoted Jon as saying.
“For her, India is the land of exotica and beauty. In fact, her response was: ‘I finally get to visit the exotic’. She loves Indian culture and the Indian influence on clothes,” he said.
In August, Indian censors issued an “Adult” certification — which means it cannot be broadcast on any TV channel — for the blonde socialite’s new music video “Stars Are Blind.” Conservative attitudes toward sex run deep in Indian society, despite more openness in urban centers such as Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.
Jon said Hilton would visit five Indian cities including Mumbai to shoot the campaign, but a final schedule was still being worked out.
Although she hasn’t visited the country before, Hilton is well known in trendy Indian social circles and CD copies of a notorious sex romp involving her and an ex-flame can be bought locally for as little as $2.

Claudia Schiffer is slender herself – but the supermodel says today’s catwalkers are too skinny to be attractive. “It doesn’t really look good any more,” Schiffer, 36, tells Germany’s Bunte magazine, Reuters reports. “Fashion looks good on thin models, but when you look at today’s models you cannot help but think there’s something wrong,” she says. “They are way too thin. It is only bones that stick out.” Schiffer’s is among a chorus of voices speaking up recently about the trend among models and celebrities to be dangerously thin. Last month, the organizers of Madrid Fashion Week banned models below a minimum body-mass index from the event’s shows. One of the original 1990s supermodels, Schiffer rose to fame alongside Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Linda Evangelista. “Models have always been thin,” she tells Bunte. “But today, they are even thinner, which is unbelievable.” Schiffer says that she was on the heavy side – for a model – when she began her career in 1988: “I was one of the fattest when I started.” Today, Schiffer is married to film producer Matthew Vaughn and mom to Caspar, 3, and Clementine, who turns 2 in November – and she doesn’t worry about her weight. “Ever since I started having children, I can eat whatever I want,” she says. “I eat chocolate almost every day and drink whole milk so that I don’t lose any more (weight).” She adds, “When the media started writing that I looked too thin and ill, I went to the doctor. He said I was healthy. I didn’t gain weight after the pregnancies. I hope it stays like that.”

Supermodel Kate Moss is pregnant with lover Pete Doherty’s child, according to the singer’s uncle.
Phil Michels told the Sunday Mirror that the couple, who plan to marry next year, are “overjoyed” at the news. He said that he had spoken to his 27-year-old nephew twice and he had confirmed that Kate, 32, was pregnant.
“They are both delighted and Pete sounded really excited. That is why they want to get married. Pete told me they want a baby together to cement their marriage.
“I am made up for them. I wish them every success. They’re so happy, they love each other. I can’t wait for the wedding - we are just waiting for a date,” Pete’s uncle told the tabloid.
The Babyshambles singer is currently on tour in Italy with his group, and his supermodel girlfriend has been keeping him company. An official announcement on the baby is expected this month.
Kate already has a four-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, with publisher Jefferson Hack, while Pete and ex-partner Lisa Moorish have a three-year-old son, Estile.

Rumors that supermodel Kate Moss is set to tie the knot with Pete Doherty have gained weight, after she was seen emerging from a vintage fashion store recently, wearing a $100,000 diamond cluster engagement ring.
Douglas Hack, the grandfather of Moss’ only daughter recently expressed fears over Lila Grace being brought up in the company of a drug-addict step dad, if the little one’s mum chooses to marry him.
But though he strongly wanted Moss to change her decision, he was convinced that his headstrong daughter-in-law would not leave Doherty for anyone, as he said: “She’s going to do whatever she wants and who can tell her otherwise.”
While news from the model’s camp is still awaited, sources close to her beau say that a wedding is expected in January on Kate’s 33rd birthday, January 16.
“Pete has bought Kate an engagement ring and has promised her he will stay off the heroin,” the Daily Mail quoted Pete’s uncle Phil Michels, 57, as telling the Daily Star.

Retired supermodel Tyra Banks is seeking help from acclaimed writer Maya Angelou in finding love, saying she is struggling to add romance to her busy life.
According to contactmusic.com, Banks told Angelou that she needs romance in her life when she appeared on a radio programme. She is certain that Angelou would be the perfect person to help her.
She said: “I know you know somebody that’s a nice, upstanding young gentleman that you can hook me up with.”
Angelou advised Banks to slow down her life and write a poem about her perfect man.

Kate Moss has given fiancee Pete Doherty a list of six rules which he must obey or she will call off their alleged wedding. The 32-year-old supermodel is calling the rules ‘Kate’s Commandments’ and insists the junkie rocker must stop taking drugs, end contact with his ‘loser’ friends and call her at least thee times a day.
Pete, 27, must also stop flirting with his groupies if he wants to make Kate his bride, start eating properly and spend two hours every day writing poetry and music.
A source said: “Pete is prone to going AWOL. Kate has warned Pete that if he doesn’t comply, their relationship is off.”
It is also alleged that the couple had a blazing row last week after Kate saw the Babyshambles singer flirting with a French woman at popular London concert venue, Brixton Academy.
The source is quoted by Britain’s Daily Star newspaper as saying: “They were screaming at each other the whole night.
“Kate knows he loves her but he’s a free spirit and there’s no holding him down. He hates it when she gets jealous. She gets really wound up by him getting into intellectual conversations with arty young women who idolise him as a poet.”
Kate and Pete are apparently planning to marry in Ibiza on her 33rd birthday in January next year. She agreed to marry the rocker after he checked into The Priory rehab centre to battle his addictions to crack cocaine and heroin.
Since leaving rehab Pete has managed to stay clean.

Supermodel Petra Nemcova is reported to have dumped James Blunt over claims that he was unfaithful.
The Daily Mail suggests that Nemcova decided to end the relationship, which began in June, following allegations over the ‘You’re Beautiful’ singer’s antics in Ibiza.
The paper quotes a source as saying that “rumours got back to Petra that James had been partying with loads of gorgeous girls in Ibiza over the summer. They had a huge row during London Fashion Week last month and now it is all over.”

It seems Kate Moss` interest in working on Topshop`s maternity range has some connections with her heart, as inferences are being drawn that she wants to have a baby with boyfriend Pete Doherty.
In the strongest hint yet that she is ready to have the rocker`s child, the British supermodel, who recently signed a seven-figure deal with London`s High Street store, has revealed that she wants to launch her own range of trendy clothes for pregnant women.
“Kate has shown interest in working on Topshop`s maternity range - and maybe it`s because it`s a cause close to her heart,” the Daily Mail quoted a source, as saying.
“Topshop is already one of the trendiest maternity ranges around and Kate likes the thought of adding her own ideas,” the insider added.
The supermodel, 32, already has a daughter Lila Grace, four, with magazine publisher Jefferson Hack, 35, while Babyshambles frontman, Doherty, 27, has a son, Estile, two, with singer Lisa Moorish.
Moss and Doherty are expected to be marrying next year in Ibiza, with Kate`s pal Sadie Frost, 41, as bridesmaid.

If diamonds are a girl’s best friend, this is one bra that women won’t want to burn.
Boston’s Hearts on Fire Co. has created a $6.5 million fantasy bra for Victoria’s Secret that’s encrusted with more than 2,000 hand-sewn diamonds weighing 800 carats. The centerpiece is a dangling 10-carat diamond broach with a Victorian floral motif.
The fantasy bra is the 11th created for Victoria’s Secret since 1996 by the likes of jewelers-to-the-stars Harry Winston and Mouawad. Karolina Kurkova models the one-of-a-kind, size 34B Hearts on Fire creation in Victoria Secret’s Christmas Dreams and Fantasies catalogue out this month, and she’ll strut in it on the catwalk at a fashion show airing Dec. 5 on CBS.
“Every company elevates their brand at holiday time,” Victoria’s Secret spokeswoman Monica Mitro said. “We’re known for bras, and so we wanted to do the ultimate over-the-top fantasy bra.”
Hearts on Fire saw the invitation as an opportunity to partner with a national brand to generate buzz.
“We sell diamonds and create jewelry, so it’s a fun project for us and out of the ordinary,” spokeswoman Rachel Clementi said.
The company so far has fielded interest from a potential buyer in Malaysia. Previous fantasy bras went unsold, although Harry Winston sold a very large diamond at the center of the one modeled by Tyra Banks in 1997.
This year’s fantasy bra is the most expensive item ever created by Hearts on Fire, topping a $5 million diamond dress designed for the Oscars in 2002. It took more than 20,000 hours to cut and polish the bra’s diamonds, and 300-plus hours for design and fabrication. The finished product weighs in at more than 5 lbs.
Although it weighs more than 800 carats it is the most comfortable ‘Fantasy Bra’ according to the czech supermodel Karolina Kurkova.
“It’s very comfortable and it doesn’t dig in.”
