Paris Hilton’s “Dream” is to have a bunch of kids…

Paris Hilton thinks that just because she has a dressed up Chihuahua at home that sits and does nothing, she suddenly has what it takes to plunge into motherhood. Sorry, sweetheart, it doesn’t work that way.
Paris Hilton recently said she is ready to become a mom because she already “takes care” of her animals. The ditzy blonde says she would like to have her hands full with babies by the time she’s 30.
The hotel heiress - who has been introducing BritBrit to the Los Angeles party circuit since she split from husband K-Fed - has been interested in starting a family after helping look after the singer’s two sons, 15-month-old Sean Preston and three-month-old Jayden James.
Paris is convinced she would be a good mother because she has so many pets.
Paris told Life and Style Weekly magazine, “It’s been my dream to have four babies by 30. I look after animals, so I’d have a lot to give my kids.”
The 25-year-old socialite is currently so in tune with her maternal instincts she recently left a nightclub early to go home with Britney and see her children.
Paris told friends, “We’re going home to the babies. We miss them.”

Most Entrepreneurial Supermodels

According to Forbes, there’s no more highly paid model in the world than Victoria’s Secret babe Gisele Bundchen. The lingerie company shells out around $5 million per year to the 26-year-old Brazilian beauty. But Bundchen doesn’t get a cut of every bra the corporation sells.
To pocket that kind of “passive” income, Bundchen turned to Brazilian shoe company Grendene, which markets Ipanema Gisele Bundchen sandals. The company slaps the model’s name and likeness on every box of sandals it sells, and in exchange Bundchen pockets around 7% of the wholesale revenue. Since the sandals sell approximately 20 million pair per year, a conservative estimate on her annual sandal windfall would be $6 million.
By its very nature, modeling is a short-lived career. Today’s model might start her runway and print career at 16. Unless she makes a name for herself, that career could be over in a season. Those who find themselves in demand by name designers and the editors of Vogue may or may not ever snag the brass ring–a multiyear (two to five years) contract with a clothing or cosmetics company.
Only the superstars ( Kate Moss, Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum) can keep their careers going for much after they turn 30. Assuming she hasn’t married a hedge fund tycoon or just wants to keep working, what’s a supermodel to do? The smart ones look ahead by banking as much money as they can by branding themselves as actresses or designers or talk show hosts–anything really–for those days when the modeling jobs dry up.
“We’re in the era of the entrepreneur. Whether you’re an actor or a model, it’s best for your earnings potential that you leverage your fame to do other things,” says Ivan Bart, a senior vice president of IMG Models, which reps modelpreneurs Bundchen and Klum.
Then there’s the competition. Being the prettiest face in the room is no longer enough–particularly as a model ages. Cosmetic companies want recognizable, Oscar-winning actresses such as Halle Berry and Susan Sarandon, who have both modeled for Revlon (nyse: REV - news - people ), or an actress/singer like Queen Latifah (Cover Girl) to represent their brand. For a model to bring in the big bucks–and bring them in long enough that she’ll have something to retire on–she needs to brand herself as far and wide as possible.
Acting has always been the backup plan for many models. But most end up with thankless nonspeaking roles such as those of Amber Valletta in What Lies Beneath and Esther Canadas in The Thomas Crowne Affair. Maybe that’s for the best. When models get lead roles, bad things can happen. Take Cindy Crawford’s 1995 stinker Fair Game. Bit parts, such as Tatjana Patitz’s turn in 1993’s Rising Sun, or turns on reality shows such as Janice Dickinson’s season on VH1’s The Surreal Life, often fail to launch acting careers. And unless you become an A-lister, the paycheck is far less than what a supermodel is used to.
One of the most successful model-turned-entrepreneurs is Kathy Ireland, whose face and figure sent millions of men’s hearts fluttering during the ten years she appeared in every issue of Sports Illustrated’s annual swimsuit edition between 1984 and 1994. After retiring from modeling, Ireland, who was featured in the July 5, 2004, issue of Forbes, revealed assets that couldn’t be concealed in a bikini: her business acumen. Although she had been generating income from selling her own calendars and modeling for catalogues, she hit the big time by creating her own fashion line–for which she still models–and licensing her name and image to 16 manufacturers that sell her products at 50,000 locations in 15 countries. In 2005, she generated an estimated $1.4 billion in retail sales, netting at least $10 million of that.
It just goes to show that some models are a lot more than a pretty face.

Paris Hilton is getting set to say ‘I Do’

Rumours that Paris Hilton is getting set to say ‘I Do’ are true after all, and the confirmation has come straight from the heiress’ mouth.
The Hilton hotel heiress revealed to British paper the Daily Star that she was indeed planning to wed her Greek shipping heir beau Stavros Niarchos.
“It`s true. I am going to get married,” Contactmusic quoted her, as telling the Daily Star.
And, it seems that all those reports about Hilton being at loggerheads with new BFF Britney Spears don’t hold much truth after all, for Paris wants the ‘Toxic’ singer to be her matron of honour.
“I want a fairytale wedding and Britney`s going to be my matron of honour. She can advise me,” Hilton added.
Paris and her on-again boyfriend Stavros Niarchos sparked off rumours about a rekindled romance after they were recently spotted jetting off to an impromptu weekend getaway in Miami.
However, two people who might not be very excited about the nuptials, will probably be Niarchos’ parents, for they happen to think that the reality TV star is just too “tacky”.

The smell of Moss coming soon…

Kate Moss is set to launch her own perfume. The supermodel has allegedly signed a deal with Coty, the same fragrance producer who has helped Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker, The Beckhams and Gwen Stefani create their own signature fragrances.
According to Brazilian gossip website Glamurama, Coty has so far refused to confirm any details of the deal. If the proposed deal does go ahead it will be just the latest side project for Kate who has just begun designing her own fashion range for British high street chain TopShop.
Another model soon to be lending her face to a fragrance is Gisele Bundchen. The Brazilian beauty has signed a multi-million dollar contract with Cacharel to represent a new perfume launching next year.
The French company’s research revealed the supermodel to be one of the biggest celebrities in Japan, China and the Middle East, areas that Cacharel particularly wish to target.
Gisele posed for the poster campaign last Monday (December 11) and will film a commercial in January.

Sneeeeeef…. Paris Hilton denies cocaine use.

Super-singer-model Paris Hilton has strenuously denied reports she is a cocaine taker after being photographed with a mysterious white mark in her nose.
The socialite – known for her love of ‘partying’ - was snapped leaving a New York restaurant with pal Brandon Davis, with the city’s Daily Post newspaper drawing attention to the substance hanging round her nasal cavity.
However, Hilton’s spokesperson has denied his client uses such illegal substances as the Columbian Marching Powder, saying he is reserving the right to sue the Daily Post.
Elliot Mintz retaliates, “They asked me if Paris was using cocaine. I explained that she does not use narcotics.
“They asked what the substance could have been. I explained that I was not there… so I offered some possible explanations.”
“They did not make a specific charge. So, I am inclined to let it be for the moment. Of course, Paris shall reserve all of her legal options.”
Is that a bit like reserving a restaurant table?

Kate Moss tells Frost to get rid of her boyfriend

Wouldn’t it be great to have a friend toss out the bad guys for you, ultimately saving half your time and weeks (if not months) of misery? Luckily for Sadie Frost, she has a famous friend who is just like that.
On the advice of Kate Moss, Sadie dumped her toyboy lover and kicked him to the curb.
The supermodel apparently instructed fashion designer Sadie to bring British TV presenter Alex Zane, 26, to dinner at London’s Ffiona’s restaurant so she could grill him about his intentions and assess if he was a suitable suitor for 41-year-old Sadie.
Kate and her singer friend Jenny Frost acted as the judging panel firing off a barrage of questions at Alex and sniggering at his answers. The catwalk beauty’s rocker boyfriend Pete Doherty also submitted a few questions, although he chose to wait outside in the car.
A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, “They’re an exclusive group who have been exposed for sex and drug debauchery in the past - and they don’t want to be stung again. Kate wants the best for Sadie, and doesn’t want to see her sad again like she was after splitting from previous lovers.”
Kate was unimpressed with Alex and, after allegedly noting her criticisms, mother-of-four Sadie decided to end her short-lived romance with Alex - who she started dating in October - earlier this week.
Sadie has been notoriously unlucky in love. Her first marriage to singer Gary Kemp ended in 1997 and she divorced her second husband Jude Law in 2003 after six years.

Paris Hilton lingerie photos with sis Nicky draws scrutiny !

Paris Hilton and her sister Nicky have come under scrutiny from photographs that are online that show the sisters twisted together in what appears to be the back of a limousine looking very chummy. The sisters ‘tryst’ was detailed by MSNBC this week in a ‘Scoop’ item by Jeannette Walls titled ‘Twisted sisters: Paris and Nicky Cuddle Up.’
And cuddle up indeed. The sexy sisters are caught in various poses with lots of skin showing. Many believed that the shots may have been photoshopped, but the veteran gossip columnist describes the photos this way.
Now it’s Paris Hilton and her sister. The partying heiress - who has been snapped in pics looking amorous with plenty of men as well as a few women - is now getting cozy with her sister.
Photos of Paris and Nicky Hilton in the back of a limo wrapped around one another in a more-than-sisterly embrace are being circulated on the internet.
The scantily clad twosome are both wearing teddies; Paris has stockings and garters, her sister is bare-legged, and in some shots, the two have their legs up in the air and their rear ends touching.
Page Six reports that Stavros Niarchos is trying to rein in potential fiancée Paris Hilton so he can bring her home to his parents, who are less than thrilled with his choice in girlfriends. If they see these photos - he may have some work to do.
The Post details that Niarchos was doing everything in his power to get Hilton home at a decent hour last week end in Miami, where he took a break from studying art to party it up with Paris, Nicky Hilton and Brandon Davis.
But on both Friday and Saturday nights, he argued with Hilton, trying to convince her to go back to their room at the Shore Club (she wanted to stay out). The two were also seen exchanging words outside of Ink.

Janice Dickinson’s car crash…

Ex-supermodel Janice Dickinson was the victim of a hit-and-run accident on a Los Angeles freeway Tuesday night (December 12th).
The publicist for the world’s first supermodel said Dickinson was supposedly riding along in her SUV when a truck pushed her into the centre divider. The truck driver reportedly took off after the accident.
Dickinson and her passengers were taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The former America’s Next Top Model judge was reportedly treated and held overnight for a concussion that she suffered when her head hit the windshield upon impact.

Sports Illustrated 2007 Swimsuit Edition beach location revealed!

Looks like we have identified one of the beach locations for the 2007 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition–Reserve Naturelle Barine Saint-Barthelemy. As of late last week, both Giselle Bundchen and Adriana Lima were being heavily photographed on that particular St. Barth’s beach.
If you are in the area, be sure to hit up Le Tom Hotel for beach chairs and umbrellas, as long as you run up a nice lunch tab their they are usually accommodating. The umbrella is key, you don’t want to be red as a lobster when you finally get your chance to talk with the supermodels.

At the same shooting supermodel Karolina Kurkova didn’t enjoy her thong riding up, but we enjoyed watching her fix it. The Victoria’s Secret stunner was spotted trying to adjust a flesh-colored thong while changing for a photo shoot in St. Bart’s. Hand’s down… she’s hot!
