The Cannes Film Festival is in full force and everyone in Hollywood is in the small French town. The town isn’t big enough for Hollywood run ins.
According to reports, Pamela Anderson and her latest squeeze headed to a Playboy party last night at the trendy disco “The VIP Room”. All was well for Pamela but not for her ex-husband Kid Rock.
Sources reveal that Kid immediately left the joint when he heard his ex-wife had arrived. Kid was apparently enjoying his night with current girlfriend May Anderson but had to cut it short. Looks like there might be some tension between these two. If y’all remember Kid and Pamela got married last summer in St. Tropez which isn’t very far from Cannes and their marriage didn’t last more than a Hollywood minute.

Johnny Depp has urged the British press to stop hounding his former girlfriend Kate Moss and her new lover Pete Doherty - because they are “great together”. The Pirates Of The Caribbean star - who dated the supermodel in the mid-1990s - admits he wasn’t a good influence on her, but insists she and the troubled Babyshambles rocker are a good match.
He says, “I was not good for Kate. But she’s a strong girl and a great girl and very smart.
“Dragging her through the mud like that - they (the newspapers) are weird and two-faced. Let her be! I have never met Pete Doherty, but I think he has talent and he and Kate could be great together. She’s got a great brain on her and she’s a great mommy.”
Moss is mother to four-year-old Lila Grace, whose father is media mogul Jefferson Hack.

Sports Illustrated model May Andersen got into the Cannes Film Festival spirit … and took her left breast out for a little sun while on a boat trip on Thursday. It’s all about showing your cans in Cannes!
While her shipmates — babe magnets Kid Rock and James Blunt — foolishly took in the harbor view, May’s wardrobe malfunction went mostly unnoticed. Somebody send these rock boobs a nip slip alert!
Luckily, there were no flight attendants in the air rage-licious model’s vicinity, and authorities were not called.
