Sexy Supermodel Sophie Anderton who has appeared in TV reality show I’m a Celebrity Get me Out of Here is to launch the new bar at Tamarind Tree, Bishops Stortford on Thursday 7th June at 7.30pm.
Sophie Anderton, shot to fame at the age of 18 as the Gossard underwear model. At the age of 16, she was working the runway with Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss for the likes of Myla, Vivienne Westwood, Julien McDonald, Amanda Wakeley, Valentino and Jean Franco Ferre. Campaigns have included Ultrabra, Pantene, La Perla, Nicky Clarke, TopShop and Janet Reger for Debenhams. Currently Sophie is the face of James Lakeland and Fake Bake. From age 19, she has been a regular on the TV circuit. From her own show on Fashion TV to I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Sophie is a regular on the showbiz and TV scene.

Tamarind Tree opened last year at the Millars-a beautiful listed building in the heart of the village. The new bar will accommodate up to 100 people with an extensive menu of drinks. Specialty dishes at the Restaurant include King Prawn Tawa (juicy king prawns cooked in a tawa pan with tomatoes, green peppers, green chillies, garlic and ginger) Goan dish Lamb Xacute (lamb roasted with garlic, ginger and spices) Muchli Masala; Sikandari Ran (Lamb shank) and Duck Tikka Ramo.

Supermodel-actress-singer Naomi Campbell has made it clear that her fashion interest lies with her catwalk pal Kate Moss’s designs only.
The 37-year-old’s reaction came as Moss and model-designer Lily Allen have launched their fashion collection at the same time.
At the De Grisogono party in Cannes, Campbell insisted that no one can ‘measure up’ to the waifish beauty.
“Lily who? People are always trying to compare themselves to Kate, but none measure up. There’s only one Kate Moss,” the Mirror quoted Campbell, as saying.
The ‘Baby Woman’ singer also revealed that she has picked up lots of pieces from Moss’s Topshop collection.
“I’ve bought loads of pieces already,” she said.
Allen’s New Look collection was launched in New York, but was a flop as compared to Moss’s collection, which is setting records for its sale and has become a buyers’ favourite.

Paris Hilton has a very famous home move, ‘1 Night in Paris’ but now that she is soon to be off to jail Paris was spending a little quality time at her local Blockbuster store in LA, slurping an ice cream, and picked a DVD called Innocent to take home. So – what is the plot? Innocent is a movie about a teenager struggling to come to terms with his sexuality.
That led the Bizarre column at the UK Sun to speculate that “maybe Paris is preparing to bat for the other side when she is banged up in the all-girls jail with a load of butch lesbians.”
This is quite a change from some of the material Paris has been looking to sink her teeth into earlier. The socialite has been spotted with self help books, and Hilton picked up a copy of the Bible and “The Power of Now”, a book by empowerment guru Eckhart Tolle at a Hollywood bookstore. Paris has also reportedly turned to Buddhism to help her deal with the pressures of being locked up.
Hilton has been ordered to report to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California on June 5 for violating probation on her DUI.
