Notorious party-girl Tara Reid has slammed ex-best friend Paris Hilton, claiming the one-time heiress deserved to go to jail.
Reid, renound for her failed film career and party-girl antics claims, “I’ve never broke the law - no DUI. Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan deserved to go to jail.”
She says:”What have I ever really done? Dance on a table? When Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton got their DUIs (drinking under the influence arrests) they got punished, they deserved it.
“But my punishment, I don’t feel like it fits the crime. I don’t understand why people punish others for being happy.”

Spotted accompanying actress friend Elissa Sursara to a script reading this week for ABC’s award winning series LOST - was Cheyenne Tozzi.
Sursara, who has currently signed on to appear in the next season of the Emmy Award winning television series as Adriana, a new character, who will be “creatively written into the script”, was seen walking into the ABC building with her model friend, who was photographed three days later entering her modeling agency with what also appeared to be a script.
So, what television show is Cheyenne rehearsing for? Could Tozzi, whose anticipated international model career has seemingly fizzled, be trying her hand in Entertainment?
Update: According to Tozzi’s representatives, Cheyenne has no plans to pursue acting.

Kate Moss planned a 34-hour-long 34th birthday bash for herself last Wednesday. She didn’t plan on a tabloid ruining the party.
But that’s just what happened - luckily, it was ruined retroactively (the party went down without a hitch) - and now the supermodel is striking back.
Moss’s legal team is filing a suit, claiming “false and defamatory” allegations, against Britain’s News of the World after the paper published a report claiming Moss got down and dirty in a foursome for her birthday.
News of the World quoted a ’source’ as saying Moss joined two female models and an unknown male on a bed at London’s Dorchester Hotel, where “they teasingly took it in turns to snog each other.”
“Then the kissing became fondling,” the source adds, “and everything except full sex followed. Once word got out, everyone was desperate for a peep of Kate.”
Moss’s current boyfriend, The Kills’ member Jamie Hince, reportedly stayed in the other room while the supermodel allegedly did her thing.
Kate Moss isn’t saying whether or not the menage-a-quatre actually went down, but the legal action certainly insinuates that it didn’t.
We’re not so sure. It may be that News of the World fabricated the scoop and pulled the ‘eye-witness’ out of thin air. Or it may be that it all really did go down as reported.
Moss has done crazier, and far more controversial things before. Who can forget the cocaine scandal of 2005 when the model was photographed putting a number of white lines up her schnoz. Moss lost a number of lucrative modeling contracts soon after that, although her career has since rebounded nicely. Perhaps even more controversial than getting caught with blow in the first place was her long-term relationship and subsequent engagement to perennial crack-head Pete Doherty - it was that relationship which led to the 2005 scandal in the first place.
Luckily, Moss - who at one time was seeing Johnny Depp, and who is the Godmother to Sadie Frost and Jude Law’s daughter - has since moved on.
But perhaps this 34-year-old supermodel is still getting a little freaky…

Surfer Dude Matthew McConaughey “couldn’t be happier” this week as he celebrates the news he’s expecting his first child with Brazilian model girlfriend Camila Alves.
The Wedding Planner star, 38, announced the couple were expecting through his official website on Tuesday. “My girlfriend Camila and I made a baby together,” he says. “We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited for the adventure that will come in raising this child… shepherding him or her through this life.”
Due late this summer, the baby will be the couple’s first child together. “Wish us the best, keep us in your prayers!” requested the ecstatic father-to-be. “Thanks for being fans of me and my work and now this new and miraculous chapter in my life!”
Delighted Matthew ended the message to his fans by saying, simply: “Wow”.
“He is euphoric,” confirmed the actor’s spokesperson. “The child will be raised with more love than it knows what to do with.”

French media is reporting that French president Nicolas Sarkozy recently confessed that they are “likely to hear about [his] marriage” to model turned singer Carla Bruni.
Well, it happened! Sarkozy and Bruni tied the knot at a secret ceremony in Paris’ City Hall last Thursday.

Pete Doherty’s manager has denied reports the troubled singer has started dating the ‘new Kate Moss’, model Portia Freeman.
According to a report in today’s Mail On Sunday, the 19-year-old is ‘besotted’ with the Babyshambles singer.
A pal of Doherty says, “Pete is seeing Portia and he really likes her. They get to see each other at weekends when Pete isn’t touring with his band Babyshambles.
“She went back to Pete’s after watching him play a gig in December. It’s early days and they are enjoying each other’s company.”
According to the pal, it is hoped Freeman - who bears a resemblance to Doherty’s ex-Kate Moss - will help Doherty finally kick drugs.
“Portia is probably the best thing to happen to Pete. She is a very clean-living girl and not at all into drugs,” they say.
“He is trying to stick with his rehab programme and trying to stay clean. He is having regular counselling sessions and has been advised not to jump headfirst into any relationship. He wants to take things slowly.”
However, according to Doherty’s manager Andy Boyd commented, “Obviously I don’t know about everything Pete does. I’m not saying that he and Portia don’t know each other - I just don’t think they are in a relationship.”
