Kate Moss was left red faced yesterday when ablondehair piece fell out in front of photographers.
The supermodel – who is famed for her gorgeous locks – was returning to her hotel after a night out in Berlin when the fake hair insert fell to the floor. Kate, 34, didn’t bother to retrieve it and carried on into the hotel.
The star had been promoting her new fragrance Velvet Hour at the Watergate Club.

“She wakes up in the morning, goes to the bathroom to take a shower and runs by the full-length mirror because she can’t bare to look at herself naked. She only weighs 104 pounds, but all she can think is, I need to be thinner. She hurries to her first show, where she promises herself she’ll eat a few grapes. But when she gets there, there’s nothing but pastries. First looks are called, she puts on her dress and it takes three people to zip her up. The dresser makes a joke, ‘We almost had to call the agency and tell them you didn’t fit.’ All the girl can think is, I better not eat until tomorrow.” Those were the words of model Coco Rocha as she described a day in a model’s life at the CFDA discussion on “The Beauty of Health: How the Fashion Industry Can Make a Difference.”
In conjunction with CFDA president Diane von Furstenberg and Michael Kors, the model and her colleagues spoke up about the imminent health dangers of modeling in an industry where the pressure to stay thin is heavier than ever. Rocha told the audience: “They said, ‘You need to lose more weight — the look this year is anorexia, and although we don’t want you to be anorexic, we want you to look it,’” she recalled. “My question is, how do you look anorexic unless you actually are?”
The discussion aimed to shed light, knowledge, and understanding on the pressures models experience with the rest of the fashion industry. Along with encouraging agencies to work with nutritionists and trainers, Kors suggested for people to treat the models not at mannequins, but as actual people. The meeting was very necessary and hopefully made more of a step in the direction towards healthier models.

She is rumoured to be a bit of a handful. But on this occasion, Naomi Campbell was more like a full armload of trouble.
The supermodel almost tumbled to the ground after a night out with friends in Italy on Wednesday.
Luckily, there was a man on hand to catch her. But the fellow - who was not quite as tall as the statuesque Miss Campbell - appeared to be struggling with his burden. 
The London-born model and her party had arrived on the island of Capri by boat earlier that day, and entered a nightclub at 1am.
They eventually left in high spirits at 3am and shortly afterwards Miss Campbell had her little fall.
Once she had regained her composure, the group headed off into the night, leaving behind some amused onlookers.
‘We heard a little shriek and turned around,’ said one. ‘She was close to having a very embarrassing moment indeed, but managed to laugh it off though.’
But a spokesman for Miss Campbell denied that she fell. ‘Naomi was just joking around with friends,’ the spokesman said. ‘She was pretending to fall to see who would catch her.’
The model, who recently turned 38, was pictured in Cannes last month crying at her birthday party.
And two weeks ago she was charged over an alleged air rage incident at Heathrow airport last month.
In 1993, Miss Campbell famously fell on the catwalk while modelling a pair of 10in Vivienne Westwood platform shoes. She collapsed into a fit of giggles on that occasion too.
At one point, he seemed about to drop the giggling bundle of flailing limbs and flying hair.

Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima received an engagement ring Thursday night – her birthday – from basketball star Marko Jaric, his rep tells PEOPLE.
“He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn’t be more in love,” says publicist James Weir.
Lima, who turned 27 on Thursday, and Jaric, 29, who plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves, have been dating for about nine months.
The normally stoic Serb sports star has admitted he fell hard for the Victoria’s Secret beauty.
“I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint,” he told PEOPLE in March. “Now, it’s a little different situation.”

Naomi Campbell has been dating her Brazilian boyfriend again. This time, Marcus Elias and Naomi were dating in Capri, Italy.
They went out partying on Tuesday night and were walking out when Naomi stumbled and fell. Someone went to her aid before she hit the ground.
Naomi, 38, has been in the news for other reasons too. She had to attend a court trial for her air rage incident in 2007. On her personal life, she revealed that she had undergone surgery to improve her chances of a successful fertility. She said she would like to have a baby. Her agent said that her operation was successful but did not reveal the details.
