I know absolutely nothing about the modeling business. All I ever get to see is the glamorous side painted on television. In Tengiz Kazakhstan I worked with about fortyfive Kazaks, and five russians. Every morning they all had to shake my hand and greet me individually. I visited a gentlemen's club in Amarillo, Tx in 2003. I asked one of the dancers "If you could have one wish, what would it be?" Her reply was "I wish I had wings so I could fly away from this xxxx!" I took a part time job at a similar club near an airforce base. Every payday one of the girls would say "well tonight is jerk night!" I would laugh and tell them "clean out their wallets ladies! Remember that Mr. Right isn't going to walk through these doors, maybe just an occasional Mr. Right now lol. What brain cells does a man use to come and visit a place like this anyway?" I'm sorry for getting way off the subject. I noticed model Karen Mulder in the news. The News! You're only in the news if you're Top Dog or if you screw up really bad... Everything she wrote that is posted is what I feel right now. And, like her, I don't have a support system either. Its sad she had to kill herself, but loneliness and a broken heart will blind you sometimes. I wonder if her (ex I assume) boyfriend knows or feels? I worked in Kazakhstan in 1998 for Halliburton International. Kazak people are very honest, loyal, and sincere. It seems someone broke this angel's heart. Men & women in the western world have at best a demented value system & morals. I just wished Ruslana could have had a mentor or close friend nearby. Someone she could have trusted. A true friend that could have helped her get through her daily trials. This incident leaves one feeling somewhat despondent toward Modeling Agencies in general....
