Kate Moss doesn’t appear to be pining for boyfriend Jamie Hince, as she holidayed without him on a ?20million yacht In Sardinia.
Kate stripped off to sunbathe topless as she was seen holidaying with friends Davinia Taylor and her husband Dave on board La Naturelle Dee, the yacht owned by Davina’s father.
The 34-year-old model was seen soaking up the sun on the top deck of the yacht in just a pair of skimpy bikini bottoms as it cruised the emerald waters of the holiday isle.
Kate and Jamie are still not speaking after the blazing row that saw them cool their relationship. Friends say the pair are as stubborn as each other, with both refusing to back down over their fall out.
Jamie, 39, moved his stuff out of 34-year-old Kate’s St John’s Wood home last week after claiming he needed space.
A pal said Kate’s jealousy over Jamie around other women caused a rift, and that the supermodel needs constant reassurance from her boyfriend.
But Jamie is said to be tired of Kate’s mood swings, saying she has been working too hard and needs to relax more. The friend said:
“Jamie took all of his stuff out of her house after their blazing row, but things have not been smoothed over yet because they are both strong characters and are standing their ground.
“Kate sometimes gets wound up by Jamie when he is around other women, but he won’t be a doormat and refuses to give her the constant reassurances she wants.
“They had a family holiday planned with her daughter Lila Grace to Ibiza in three weeks’ time, but Kate has told him not to bother coming.”
Kate’s pal Davinia is helping her take her mind off things by treating her to a holiday aboard her father’ s ?20 million yacht off the coast of Sardinia while Jamie has gone on tour with his band The Kills.
With an ever present cigarette, and a steady supply of drinks, the 34-year-old model looked more than happy as she partied on board with pal Davinia and her husband.
The couple, have been dating for 10 months, and a source told The Mail on Sunday: ‘Things haven’t been great since Glastonbury.
‘The problem is, Kate doesn’t always get her own way with Jamie and it leads to friction and arguments.
‘She wanted to join him on stage at Glastonbury, and he wouldn’t allow it.
‘Kate’s also very possessive and quite jealous about any female attention Jamie attracts, which also leads to rows.
‘He’s quite relieved to be having some time out, to be honest.’
Jamie, 39-year-old guitarist with The Kills, is on tour until October 4 – enough time for them both to calm down a bit.
But it appears that the ever resourceful model has found a pleasant enough way to pass some of the time at least.

No one said the route to being crowned the most beautiful girl in the Universe would be easy.
And beauty queen Crystle Stewart was no doubt hoping to make an entrance as she strutted her stuff at the final of the Miss Universe event.
But maybe not quite the one she did make, as the 5ft 10in beauty tripped on the train of her dazzling evening gown during the competition and ended up in a heap on the floor.
The reigning Miss USA took a tumble in front of a worldwide audience of 1billion people and shattered her hopes of winning Miss Universe 2008.
And it was the second year in a row that a Miss USA has fallen over at the contest.
During the 2007 Miss Universe competition in Mexico City, Miss USA Rachel Smith also tumbled during the evening gown section and became an unintended star on YouTube, where the video was shown over and over again.
Stunning Crystle ended up in an ungainly heap after slipping as she emerged on stage for the evening gown section of the contest in Vietnam.
The stunned beauty queen briefly sat on the floor before regaining her composure and getting up to applause from the audience.
She calmly paraded around the stage with a forced smile as she tried her best to mask her heartbreak.
Crystle, 26, from Texas, had made it through to the final 10 but did not reach the last five following her costly stumble.
Before the show Stewart, 26, a motivational speaker and former track and field star said she felt very confident going into the show and couldn’t imagine experiencing the same calamity as her predecessor.
“All I can offer to the world and to America is to do my best. Nerves don’t play a part in this.”
The contest was hosted by Spice Girl Mel B and US talkshow host Jerry Springer.
Mel quipped: “You see, this show really is live.”
Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza was crowned Miss Universe in front of a TV audience estimated by organisers at one billion.

It’s just as well that Jamie Hince has left London for a few months as I hear the musician might be wanting to let off some steam after a series of rows with girlfriend Kate Moss.

SHE’S one of the world’s most photographed women, now Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio is about to become one of its most glamorous mothers.
Ambrosio officially announced on her website that she is expecting her first child, a girl, with her boyfriend Jamie Mazur.
One of the Victoria’s Secrets models,Ambrósio was described by retired supermodel Tyra Banks as “The future of the modeling world”.
Ambrosio was also selected by AskMen.com as Number 2 out of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women for 2008.
She has for years been in huge demand, working with big-name brands including Revlon, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren, as well as the famed Pirelli Calendar.
She’s also walked the catwalks for designers such as Laura Biagiotti, Christian Lacroix, Issey Miyake, and Kenzo.
She was chosen as one of People magazine’s annual 100 Most Beautiful People in the World, in May 2007 along with fellow ‘Angels’ Ambrosio is among the world’s top-earning models.
Ambrosio is currently the National Ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, helping raise awareness for the unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system and raise funds for the ongoing research for its cure. Her father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the late nineties.

BRISBANE-raised beauty Miranda Kerr says she still finds her new supermodel status “funny”.
“I definitely have insecurities like every other woman, and I definitely have bad days,” Kerr said.
“Now I’ve fallen into what I’m doing, I’m like ‘wow’ and it’s strange to comprehend. I just feel flattered.”
The Gunnedah-born Kerr has just returned from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil after her first shoot for the David Jones retail chain since taking over from Megan Gale in April. The locations included Rio’s iconic Ipanema Beach.
“Rio was absolutely divine and we got to shoot in the most beautiful locations,” Kerr said.
“I’m happy to be supporting designers under the David Jones group who I’ve grown up with.”
The 25-year-old is dating Hollywood hunk Orlando Bloom.
Commenting on her relationship with the Pirates of the Caribbean star, she said: “I’m really happy. He’s just really down-to-earth.”
The former Victoria’s Secret lingerie model revealed she is half-way through a health and inspirational self-esteem book for young women called Treasure Yourself.
