Paris Hilton and boyfriend Benji Madden are reportedly set to breakup amid rumors that the socialite has been getting cozy with MySpace boss Chris DeWolfe.
Sources say Hilton and DeWolfe has been spending a lot of time together and Madden is “feed up.”
“Chris is crazy about Paris. He finds her very attractive – they’ve spent some time together, and he hopes Paris feels the same way,” says an insider.
“He (Madden) was really fed up about this, but his attitude is, good riddance to her if she has really cheated on him,” said a source close to the ‘Good Charlotte’ singer.
Neither Hilton nor Madden have commented on the rumors.

CONTROVERSIAL Australia’s Next Top Model winner Demelza Reveley was recently rushed to hospital after she fainted.
The pressures of trying to carve out a real-life catwalk career proved too much for the 16-year-old last month.
She was suffering from a nasty virus when she fainted at home.
The Wollongong teen was taken to a Sydney hospital by her mother, who was worried her daughter might have contracted meningococcal disease.
“I had the flu and my mum, being a mother, was very worried and mindful of what was going on,” Demelza said.
“I had heat rash and she thought it was meningococcal, so when I fainted she rushed me in.”
After a few days of rest, Reveley made a full recovery and her gruelling schedule has now re-commenced in New York.
As part of her Top Model prize package, Reveley flew to the US at the weekend to star in a Napoleon Cosmetics shoot in Palm Springs before attending castings with top New York modelling agencies.
“I am looking forward to doing the photo shoot and actually doing some work and getting some more experience,” she said.
As well as the Napoleon photo shoot, Reveley will represent the makeup brand’s foray on to the shelves of Target in the US.

Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio has been chosen as the highlight of the new Victoria’s Secret book.
The pictures had been taken before her pregnancy, and they are the attention catchers in the titillating page-turner aptly titled Supermodel Obsession, the Sun reported.
The model could be seen posing in a number of provocative poses, wearing a series of skimpy designs that show off her hot body.
Ambrosio is at the moment convalescing from the birth of her daughter Anja with long-term beau Jamie Mazur, and it will be some time before she can hit the catwalk again.
The Victoria’s Secret model has reportedly received numerous lucrative magazine deals for exclusive photos of her new born daughter.

Supermodel Kate Moss is to romp with a human rabbit and take part in a simulated orgy in We Are (not) Sex People’s new video.
The promo will be filmed at infamous London madam Cynthia Payne’s former Streatham brothel, the House of Cyn.
Band frontman Dan Summers tells Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, “There will be lots of nudity. And we’d all give our right ears to be that bunny rabbit (Kate) fools around with.”
The ‘rabbit’ Summers is referring to is actually a man in a rabbit suit.
