Los Angeles, March 31: Gisele Bundchen, who appears semi nude on the cover of the latest edition of Vanity Fair, opens up about her relationship with American football star husband Tom Brady and his son, John (Jack) Edward Thomas Moynahan.
The newlywed Brazilian supermodel poses provocatively for the May issue of VF and in an accompanying candid interview opens up about her relationship with husband Tom Brady and her ex boyfriend, Leonardo DiCaprio.
The 28-year-old supermodel Gisele tied the holy knot with the New England Patriots quarterback Brady in February this year, and became step mother of his love child from a previous relationship.
On her hubby, the queen of catwalk said: “He’s got a pure heart. That’s all that matters – he’s got the purest heart. I feel grateful because I have a lot of love in my life. I found the person I’m sharing my life with. I have a good man.”
Gisele said her marriage to Brady has strengthened their relationship. “Our relationship has become so much stronger, and I think I wouldn’t be as certain as I am today if it weren’t for that.”
The Brazilian-born, highest paid supermodel tells the magazine that Brady learned his ex-girlfriend, model/actress Bridget Moynahan, was pregnant with his child merely 2? months after she and the footballer began dating.
“It was definitely a surprise for both of us,” she says. “It was a very challenging situation. Obviously, in the beginning, it’s not the ideal thing.”
“You question at times – ‘Should I stay here? Maybe you should work this out,’” says Giesel. “But when people break up, it’s for a reason.”
Gisele gushes about the one and half year old son of Brady, saying: “I already feel like he’s my son, from the first day.”
She adds that her feelings towards her stepson were just like those of a natural mother. “He’s a little angel — the sweetest, most cuddly, loving baby. I feel blessed to have him in my life,” she says of little Johnny, who was born in 2007.
“I feel blessed to have him in my life. I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that. … I want him to have a great relationship with his mom because that’s important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine,” she tells the VF.
The stunning model also spoke up about her ex lover Leonardo DiCarpio. During the interview, Gisele called Leo a wonderful person and said they sometimes talk to each other. The model said Leo’s mom and she are friends. “We were just not meant to be boyfriend and girlfriend, but I respect him enormously, and I wish him nothing but the best.”
Born on July 20, 1980 in the Brazilian town of Tr?s de Maio, Gisele is the famous fashion model who appeared four times on the cover of Vogue in 1999, becoming one of the year’s most celebrated models in the process.
According to Forbes, she is the highest-paid model in the world and also the sixteenth richest woman in the entertainment world, having earned $33 million in 2007 and $35 million in 2008 alone, adding to her estimated $150 million fortune. The blonde model is also listed on Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s richest supermodel.

The British supermodel wowed casting directors during her appearance at a fundraiser in Mumbai last week and is now planning to return to India to audition for her first major film role. A source said, “Naomi Campbell had never modelled in India before but she loved every minute. At the end of the show, two well-known Bollywood producers approached her and asked if she’d be interested in screen-testing. Naomi was incredibly flattered and plans to come back to Mumbai for more talks whenever she next has a break in her schedule.”
Although Naomi may be keen to launch a movie career, she admits her previous ventures away from modelling have not been as successful. The 38-year-old-beauty tried to become a pop star in 1995, but her album Baby Woman flopped.

March 31, 2009: She may be taking the fashion world by storm and invited to the most glamorous parties, but 17-year-old model Jourdan Dunn is taking it all in her stride.
What the British teenager most looks forward to after a day’s catwalk shows is home cooking, lounging in front of the television and her bed.
Dunn, from west London, was shopping for sunglasses when she was spotted last year by a scout for Storm, the agency that famously discovered Kate Moss.
Hailed as a supermodel-in-the making, she is one of a handful of internationally successful black models and has been taken under the wing of supermodel Naomi Campbell.
Complete mess
“The first time I met Naomi was backstage at a show and she said ‘Oh Jourdan… we definitely have to lunch some time’, Dunn told Reuters in an interview, admitting that she still gets star struck. “I was just smiling like a complete idiot.”
The waif-like model strutted down the catwalk at around 35 shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris for the spring/summer 2008 collections and looks set to top that this season.
But she said London Fashion Week is her favourite, as she gets to stay at home, eat home-cooked food and watch British soap opera “EastEnders”.
“I hate staying in models’ apartments… Most of (the models) are used to their mums running around after them and looking after them, so the house is a complete mess. I’m a clean person so it’s hard to cope with other people’s dirty habits.”
“They’re so dirty, it attracts rodents,” Dunn said, adding that she discovered a mouse in the New York flat she shared with eight other models.
Although still a teenager, Dunn doesn’t do modelling just for fun — she is a career woman with a gruelling schedule.
With three five am starts during London Fashion Week, she squeezed this interview in between her last catwalk show in London and her flight to Milan for the next round of shows.
Landing at eight pm, she said she may even have a casting upon arrival. With New York, London, Milan and Paris fashion weeks following on from one another, it is a non-stop round of castings, auditions and catwalk shows for the newcomer.
After that whirlwind comes to an end, she will do shoots for magazines and campaigns and model in one-off shows.
Dunn laughed at the idea that models may be ferried by taxi from one venue to another during fashion week -instead they hop on the underground and hope navigation skills won’t fail them.
With fashion shows more often than not running late, it is a mad rush to get models’ hair and makeup styled before the show.
Lifestyle habits
“It’s crazy backstage, with hair and makeup, especially because my hair is different to most other models’, sometimes it’s really difficult for them to do it.”
“They are always putting different products on your hair… and it is always damaged at the end of the season,” said Dunn, who relies on her cousin rather than expensive beauty salons to treat her dark brown mane.
In fact, she has changed few lifestyle habits since starting modelling; she still shops on the high street, wears trainers rather than high heels, and eats junk food.
“I am one of those lucky people who can eat anything and don’t put on weight,” Dunn said, steering clear of the size zero debate about ultra skinny models that has recently overshadowed the fashion industry.
Discussing the challenges posed by modelling, Dunn bemoaned the tiny shoes that have sometimes brought tears to her eyes, and laughed about the skimpy clothes.
“Maybe a few times my boobs have popped out of an outfit — but that happens.”
Rush backstage
She also commented on the omnipresence of cameramen and photographers, who rush backstage before the show to witness the preparations, and afterwards to interview the designer while the models are getting changed.
“You will be getting your hair done, feeling really tired, closing your eyes — and then there is the flash and two photographers are in your face.”
On the plus side, the models often come away from shows with freebies such as designer bags, fragrances, clothes and even shoes.
“When I was in New York I had to buy an extra suitcase for freebies,” said Dunn, giggling.
Although Dunn may be living in the limelight at the moment, she doesn’t let success go to her head, and says she still hangs out with the same friends back home rather than other models.
As for the glamorous after-parties, they are all full of old people, aren’t they? “I’m not really into after parties, I am only 17 and I feel like I’ll be with a bunch of people not my age.”

Toronto – In the latest issue of Vanity Fair, Gisele Bundchen shows a lot of skin and even more of her emotions regarding her husband, Tom Brady.
Gisele says in her interview that it was love at first sight when she first met Brady through a friend. She said that she immediately fell for his smile and had a hard time saying goodbye to him after the first night.
However, it was not perfect. When Gisele found out that Brady’s ex, Bridget Moynahan was pregnant, she began to question the relationship she had with Brady. At first, she urged him to make the relationship work, but Brady was satisfied with her and expressed the fact that he wanted to be with her.
She revealed that their marriage is a strong partnership. Both Brady and Gisele have each other’s backs, which is, according to Gisele, the most important aspect of marriage.
About Moynahan’s son, Gisele said that the child feels like it is 100% hers even though she didn’t give birth to him. She considers him completely part of her life in the most serious way.
About her ex Leonardo DiCaprio, she mentioned that they still talk and that he is a great person who has done much to help the environment.
She also said that she would like to grow her and Brady’s family very soon. Does that mean that she will adopt or have babies? She was null on the details, but one thing’s for sure; their family will grow very soon.

Supermodel Kate Moss challenged her friend Lily Allen to a cocktail making and drinking competition at the customised bar of her London home, and won! A source said: “Kate and Lily each made up various cocktails and had a competition to see how many they could drink.” Kate was crowned the winner at around 4am on Thursday and is now looking forward to receiving a mystery prize from the 23-year-old ‘Fear’ singer. The impromptu contest took place after Lily’s concert in London, and the singer planned to take a portrait of the model by graffiti artist Banksy from Kate’s lounge if she won.

As a supermodel, Cindy Crawford can rest assured that a professional photo shoot will leave her looking her very best.
But even away from the airbrushes, stylists and make-up artists, she still manages to look flawless.
The 43-year-old revealed her long, toned limbs during a walk with friends on the beach in Malibu.
In tiny red shorts and a sporty top, she showed no signs of losing the athletic figure that helped make her famous.
Last week she appeared in a photo shoot for Allure magazine’s anti-ageing issue.
In one picture she is seen tearing up a loaf of white bread to imply that it is best avoided if you want to stay looking young.
In an accompanying interview, she said she still likes her body, 20 years after it catapulted her to fame.
‘I think I look pretty good for 43, but I don’t look the way I did when I was 23,’ she said.
She also admitted she has cellulite: ‘I do, and I never said I didn’t. I’ve had two kids and I’m 43, so leave me alone!’
Cindy told the magazine that the body parts she took the most care of were her hands and decolletage.
She explained: ‘In LA, there are 65-year-old women walking around in Juicy sweatpants, and from the back, you’d think they were 20.
‘But when you see their hands or their neck, you know.’

Supermodel Tyra Banks was presented the prestigious Excellence in Media Award from The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) by singer Clay Aiken.
In addition to the special award, Banks’ daily talk show as well as “America’s Next Top Model” have been nominated for GLAAD Awards. The ceremony Saturday night in New York was the first of three planned by the organization, which honors media companies and individuals for fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. In addition to the special award, Banks’ daily talk show and “America’s Next Top Model” have both been nominated for GLAAD Awards.
Other awards handed out on Saturday included Outstanding Daily Drama, given to CBS’ “As the World Turns,” Outstanding Music Artist, presented to artist k.d. lang, for her album Watershed, and Outstanding Magazine Overall Coverage, awarded to Newsweek magazine.
More media awards will be announced during an awards ceremony in Los Angeles on April 18. The films ‘Milk’ and ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona’ have both been nominated for outstanding wide-release film. Among TV nominees are “Brothers & Sisters,” “The L Word,” “South of Nowhere,” “Torchwood” and “True Blood” for Outstanding Drama Series. “Desperate Housewives,” “Greek,” “Reaper,” “Skins” and “Ugly Betty” are nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series.

Mumbai: Naomi Campbell, dressed in a striking red top, showed off her sensitive side when she walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week as part of the charity show Mai Mumbai — which was organised by good pal Vikram Chatwal in association with Fashion for Relief. “When the 26/11 attacks happened, a lot of people’s lives couldn’t be saved due to the sheer lack of ambulances to ferry the victims in time to the hospitals. So we decided to raise funds that would help the organisation Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP) to buy more ambulances,” explains Naomi, as she handed over a cheque to Teesta Setalvad of CJP after the show.
What’s more, Naomi even visited the Oberoi and Taj Mahal Palace & Tower before the show. “I had to go there and see the scene where it all happened. It pains me to think so many people — be it guests or the hotel staff — couldn’t survive the attacks. In fact, as a person who has lived in London for most of her life, I have seen terror at regular intervals as well. And that’s why we started Fashion for Relief so as to give back to the society,” she noted, adding that she wanted to thank everyone who made the show a success, even her make-up person.
As for her other talent, “I must say that I am not a great singer; I gave it a try by recording a song (La-La-La Love Song) but it didn’t really work. If you remember, you’d know that the song and the video dwelt heavily on India,” says Naomi. “Even where Indian fashion is concerned, I love the clothes — the sari. Also, Indian women are very pretty and they carry themselves very well.”
And lastly, she expressed her desire to come back. “I had been telling my friend Fern (Mallis) so many times that I wanted to walk for a show in India and that’s finally happened. When Mai Mumbai was first reported in the press, I got queries from as far as Brazil and China, and I told them — yes, I am walking the ramp in India. So this is just the beginning,” ended Naomi.

The supermodel was said to be love-struck with The Kills guitarist and was trying to keep her wild antics within bounds. “Kate Moss has been partying non-stop for years,” the Daily Telegraph quoted a source as saying.
“At every working event she attends there is unlimited champagne available. Kate has decided the party girl she once was is no more. She has now decided not to touch a drop of alcohol unless it’s a special occasion,” the source added.

25-year-old runway model Noot Seear will be the face of the vampire vixen that is described in the book as “not only the fisherman, but also the bait.”
AnnaLynne McCord, who plays Naomi on “90210,” was in talks for the role last month. The news that she will not be joining the cast will likely disappoint her good friend, and rumored boyfriend, Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen.
If you haven’t heard of Seear, don’t feel bad. Known for her “pout and cheekbones” according to New York Magazine, the Canadian model was styled as the Mona Lisa for Yves Saint Laurent’s 1998 ad campaign. Her runway and advertising credits include Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Vera Wang and Pantene Pro-V.
She has also been featured in such heavy-hitters as Cosmopolitan and Vanity Fair.
This beauty was born in Vancouver, where Chris Weitz and team are currently shooting “New Moon,” Does this mean that she won’t get to take the trip to Italy?
