Schiffer: I eat to stay in shape

Claudia Schiffer has revealed if she doesn’t eat enough she will lose her supermodel figure.
The 38-year-old mother-of-two told the latest issue of Vogue magzine she “can’t miss a single meal” or she gets too skinny.
Claudia said: “If I don’t eat enough food, I lose too much weight.”
The German-born blonde, who lives in London with director husband Matthew Vaughn, also revealed she would never have Botox. She said: “It’s poison in my skin and no one knows the long-term effects. I’m far more scared of that than a wrinkle on my forehead.”
She continued: “All of my friends are my age and we are all ageing at the same time.
“We talk about it and moan, but it doesn’t bother me.”
Meanwhile, Claudia isn’t alone as fellow supermodel Helena Christensen, 40, recently revealed she eats as much as she wants.
Helena told InStyle magazine: “I eat more than anyone I know. I’m obsessed! [Food] takes up about 75 per cent of my brain. I eat like a pig.
“I’m super lucky with my metabolism. I have to be realistic – that might not always be the situation. That’s why I chose really intense training.
“Age in itself doesn’t freak me out. I’m in better shape than I was at 25 because I’m actually doing something physical.”
