But that price is a steal… the home cost 2 million dollars less than what Shaquille paid for it five years ago. The Star Island spread was listed at 29 million dollars just last summer.
This palatial Mediterranean-style home has eight bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, six car garage, two-bedroom guest house and Shaq’s pool complete with Superman logo!

Sophie Anderton has proudly donned a bikini to reveal her new-found curves.
The model, 32, has put on a stone after a 15-year career spent obsessing over her figure.
Wearing a lime green two-piece, she shows off her healthy-looking body in a photo shoot for Closer magazine.
Sophie has piled on the pounds in the past three months and says she is keen to accept her body for what it is.
She said: ‘I’ve finally realised you don’t need to be super-skinny to be a successful model. Look at Cindy Crawford – she’s got a gorgeous, healthy figure. Even Kate Moss has put on weight.’
Sophie, who had a highly publicised battle with drug addiction, added: ‘I survived for days on coffee and Red Bull. No wonder I got skinny!
‘My addiction and constant partying had a terrible effect on my body – I was just so unhealthy. But now I’m feeling good.’
Recent pictures showed Sophie with a slightly protruding tummy, but the model blamed the look on bloating.
She says: ‘My period was due and I always blow up like that – it’s just water retention. Before, I would have been devastated by a photo like that, but now I think it’s funny. I’m happy with my body, that’s the main thing.’
Sophie put weight on by eating larger portions. She also included foods such as white rice, oil, butter and cream.
Eventually she added a stone in weight, going up from 9st 7lbs, and a size 6 to an 8.
She said: ‘Now some people think I look “big’” when actually I’m normal. I like to look slim, but not skinny or gaunt – that’s never attractive.”

FRENCH police have detained Dutch supermodel Karen Mulder as they investigated a complaint she had harassed a cosmetic surgeon friend, police said.
The model was being held in a police station in the chic 8th arrondissement, or district, of Paris, the source said, adding she was suspected of harassing the doctor by telephone after the surgeon refused to carry out an operation.
The blonde has modelled clothes for Yves Saint-Laurent, Chanel, Valentino, and Versace.

These sexy new pictures show French First Lady Carla Bruni modelling lacy lingerie in the days before she became a top 90s model.
The grainy snaps were taken in 1989 for Next’s mail order catologue and have been unearthed to mark the High Street chain’s 21st anniversary.
They also feature other models for whom appearing in Next Directory in the 80s proved a launchpad to supermodel stardom – including Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer.
After these shoots, Carla – now the 41-year-old wife of President Nicolas Sarkozy – went on to hit the big time, reportedly earning ?7.5million a year at the height of her fame.
The archive photos have been released as part of a Next campaign to find two hot new stars.
Next month the clothing giant is giving others the chance to follow in the footsteps of Italian Carla with the online Make Me The Next Model contest
It is being run in association with Select Model Management and launched by singer Alesha Dixon and model Paul Sculfor.
