You might think that Tyra Banks, given her antics on the past few seasons of Top Model, is certifiably crazy. But Miss Banks is a savvy business woman and she knows that she can’t rely on her beauty and modeling contracts forever.
The former supermodel is already making a name for herself in other ways. She hosts The Tyra Show and of Course ANTM.
But now Tyra is following in Rachel Zoe’s footsteps and has launched an e-zine called “Tyra: Beauty Inside & Out” which will offer women advice on fashion and beauty as well as other issues such as health, wellness and relationships.
The e-zine, which is exclusively available on TyraBanks.com will also feature behind the scenes information on America’s Next Top Model and The Tyra Show.
If you are a fan of Tyra, chances are you will like the new online product. If not…well…just try to ignore it and hope that Tyra doesn’t one day take over the world.

Tyra Banks has promised Perez Hilton that he can appear in an episode of America’s Next Top Model if he stops writing about underage celebrities.
The supermodel struck the deal with Hilton, real name Mario Lavendeira, during the season premiere of The CW’s The Tyra Show.
“I feel like if you’re a kid, especially the kid of a celebrity, they should not be put in the public in a way to make fun of,” she said.
“Can we do a deal? You cannot make any negative fun about somebody that is below 18 that is the child of a celebrity and I will do what you want.”
After an on-camera negotiation, Hilton agreed to stop writing opinion pieces about underage celebrity children for six months if he could appear on an upcoming episode of America’s Next Top Model.
Earlier in the show, he had defended his gossip blog, saying: “Sometimes people that I’m writing about maybe take the things I say very seriously, but I don’t. I just look at it as entertainment.”

Supermodel Heidi Klum said she has reached the over-ripe stage of pregnancy where she feels like she is going to “explode”. Klum, a mother-of-three preparing to give birth to a daughter in October, has plenty of experience with pregnancy. In an interview with Page Six magazine, she said: “The last month is unbelievable, how rapidly your stomach goes. It’s huge. The thighs, the butt — everything explodes in the end. “It’s bizarre. Just as it’s a miracle that you can grow a human being in your belly, it’s a miracle that your body goes back to normal again. I don’t think you ever get back to exactly the way you were, but you do get close. And I’m happy with that. Especially when you see your kid for the first time.” Of her partner, the singer Seal, she confided: “Aside from his sexy stature? He’s a gentle giant.”

She may not have won an award at the GQ Men of the Year Awards, but Kate Moss managed to be the centre of attention at the star-studded bash last night.
After arriving late and hurrying in the side door instead of making a red carpet entrance, the supermodel presented pal Lily Allen with the coveted Woman of the Year trophy.
Walking on stage at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, a giggly Kate said: ‘I’m absolutely terrible at these things.’
But after fulfilling her role, it appeared the long proceedings of announcing the 20 winners and listening to acceptances speeches may have bored Kate, who decided to spice things up by cavorting around a column.
Watching the ceremony from the back of the tables in the Royal Opera House, the 35-year-old, who seemed in high spirits last night, decided to provide her own entertainment as she wrapped her slender figure around the column.
As she danced to the music, Kate, whose spotty skin was showing the strain of her partying lifestyle, slipped off her black satin jacket, which caught on her wrist and dragged on the floor.
And while doing her pole-dancing routine her dress rode up her backside as she narrowly avoided flashing her underwear.
When she joined Lily in the winner’s room to celebrate the singer picking up the Woman of the Year trophy, she looked like she would rather be elsewhere.
As Lily smiled for photographers clutching her trophy, Kate leaned on the backdrop and let her head roll back.
Lily’s composed display came in stark contrast to last year’s GQ Awards when the singer had a drunken on-stage row with Elton John as the pair hosted the ceremony.
She told him to ‘f**k off’ after he commented that she had been drinking a lot, before he quipped back that he could ’snort’ her ‘under the table’.
Last night was a different affair, however, and Lily, dressed in a black sheer dress, left the bad behaviour to Kate.
Earlier in the day Kate was spotted having lunch at Claridge’s in London’s Mayfair, so it had probably been a long day for the model.
Later on at the awards ceremony, Kate mingled with Hollywood hellraiser Mickey Rourke, who attended with his new girlfriend Elena.
She also interrupted Dizzee Rascal being interviewed in a stairwell of the venue as she ran around trying to find her lipstick.
Finally she was bundled into a waiting car, propped up by her boyfriend Jamie Hince.
Lily and Kate struck up a friendship earlier this year and have been spending increasing amounts of time together.
Last month, they were spotted holidaying together on a yacht off the coast of the south of France.
Kate, who has made no secret of her wish for a rock career, has been supportive of Lily’s new album and attended several of her gigs in the capital.
In March, the pair both attended the Chanel fashion show together – the French fashion house which both have modelled for.
In 2007, the pair were rumoured to be embarked in a feud over their respective clothing ranges.
While Kate is preparing to release her ninth collection for TopShop, Lily designed just one for rival high street store New Look, which failed to match Kate’s impressive sales.
However, Lily later insisted she had nothing but praise for the model after she rescued her from bullies at the Glastonbury Festival several years ago.
Lily said: ‘These girls were beating me up and she was the only person who stood in and said ‘leave her alone you’re being bullies.
‘They stabbed me in the ear with a beer can and cut my ear open, I also had two black eyes – it was a bit of a nightmare.’
Kate wasn’t the only model at last night’s ceremony: also in attendance were Daisy Lowe and Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley.
