Victoria’s Secret super model Marisa Miller has said that she worked hard to regain her bikini body after gaining weight following her marriage with Hollywood producer Griffin Guess.
The beauty had ranked number one last year in the Maxim’s 2008 “Hot 100″ and even featured in the cover of Sports Illustrated.
“I put on a lot of weight after getting married. My husband is really tall and skinny and can eat whatever he wants,” Fox News quoted her as saying.
She added: “Of course I thought I could eat whatever I want to, but no, it doesn’t work like that.”
“Luckily I have a lot of motivation with my job, its important to do something everyday. Every time you can you should do something because it’s really hard to get into summer and then play a whole bunch of catch-ups.
“I travel with resistance bands, I box a lot, I spin and I surf – I try to mix it up and make it fun so my body doesn’t get bored. But it is good to keep the curves, it’s not about being super skinny.”
The 31-year-old, who was present at a recent Victoria’s Secret event poolside at Westwood’s W Hotel, revealed she was a tomboy in childhood.
She said: “Growing up I was incredibly shy, I was such a tomboy. I was always wearing baggy pants and big t-shirts. I was really, really self-conscious of my body.
“So a lot has changed for me personally and Victoria’s Secret has really helped with that. We all have things we’re self-conscious about, I’m not the tallest model in the world and when I started having curves it was really hard for me.”

So far on this season of “Project Runway” there have been numerous celebrity guest judges like Eva Longoria, Christina Aguilera, Lindsay Lohan and Rebecca Romijn. On the Nov. 5 episode, Cindy Crawford will appear as a guest judge and share her fashion expertise.
The supermodel will be judging the final challenge which will determine the designers that are going to Fashion Week.
Carol Hannah, Christopher, Althea, Irina and Gordana are the remaining contestants on “Project Runway”.
The episode will also include the Mayor of Los Angeles, Antonio Villaraigosa, alongside Tim Gunn during a segment at the city’s Getty Museum.
Crawford has recently launched a new line of home furniture under the name Cindy Crawford Home Collection.
Last week’s episode included guest judge, actress Kerry Washington, who helped make the decision to eliminate Logan instead of Christopher.
“Project Runway” airs on Lifetime at 10 p.m on Thursdays.

Naomi Campbell stinks, according to the creators of her perfume line.
They are suing the fiery fashionista for holding out on a shared profits agreement, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan.
The supermodel is raking in millions from fragrances such as Cat Deluxe and Seductive Elixir but, last year, Campbell allegedly stopped payments.
“The perfume did well, and she basically sounds like she got tired of sharing the money with the people who put this together,” said Daniel Bright, who represents Moodform Mission, the company suing the supermodel.
But going head-to-head with Naomi “Temper Tantrum” Campbell may not be such a wise move.
She has already been banned by British Airways after being removed from a flight and arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.
And the model wound up mopping the floors at New York’s Sanitation Department as punishment for throwing a BlackBerry phone at her maid.
So if any members of Moodform Mission happen to cross paths with Miss Campbell the message is simple — be afraid, be very afraid. . .

It is reported, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen has found that her first baby with footballer husband Tom Brady will be a girl. The 29-year-old Gisele is said to have already marked the crib to be used by her daughter. She is due to give birth in December.
“There’s going to be a room off the side of the nursery where the nanny will sleep,” Contact music quoted a source as telling Life and Style magazine. “And they’re using a crib that’s been in Gisele’s family for four generations.
“Her grandmother slept in this crib, her mom slept in this crib, Gisele slept in this crib, and now Gisele’s daughter will sleep in this crib. It’s beautiful solid oak,” the source added.
Recently, Gisele did a photo shoot for a coat company in which her baby bump was not visible.
However, a representative of London Fog, the clothing company confirmed her pregnancy, on which the model has maintained her silence so far.
“Although Gisele was photographed while pregnant, most of the shots have been retouched to respect her privacy during this wonderful and personal time in her life,” Contact music quoted Dari Marder, Chief Marketing Officer, as saying in a statement.
“Nobody is sexier or more beautiful than Gisele Bundchen in nothing but a London Fog trench coat, even with her visible baby bump,” Marder added.
Gisele is featured wearing nothing but the firm’s trench coats in the brand’s autumn advert.

It’s that time of year for all things scary and what could be more frightening than the thought of Paris Hilton dressed as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz? Easy. Her AND her boyfriend dressing as Dorothy.
The heiress, and her man Doug Reinhardt, both wore blonde pigtails, dresses and red high heels for Hilton’s Halloween house party in LA last night.
Earlier in the evening, the 28-year-old reality star, wore the gingham outfit for an appearance on American chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
During the TV show Hilton revealed her costume was one of 20 that she had splashed out on this year.
The socialite, who once starred in a horror film called House of Wax, even enlisted the help of her dog Marilyn Monroe, whom she carried in a wicker basket, to complete her outfit by playing the role of Toto.
Hilton is a massive fan of Halloween and hosts a party each year at her home in the exclusive gated community Mulholland Estates in Beverly Hills.
She told Kimmel: ‘I am crazy at Halloween I bought 20 different costumes that I had custom made. Halloween is an excuse to dress as sexily as possible.’
We’re not sure how her low-cut dress, heavy make-up and heels differs to her outfits during the rest of the year but at least she’s enjoying herself.
Hilton and Kimmel, who dressed as Sesame Street’s Big Bird, weren’t the only celebrities getting into the Halloween spirit.
Never one to shy away from a crazy outift, Mickey Rourke was spotted in LA on Thursday in full white face make-up, white suit, shades and fake moustache.
The Wrestler actor, 57, donned the quirky attire for a night of Halloween partying at Voyeur nightclub.
Some commentators think he was dressed as The Joker but we think he was just being his usual batty self.
He was joined by a statuesque blonde who, like Rourke, wore a waistcoat. Thankfully, she was the only one of the pair in fishnet stockings and suspenders.
And by the looks of the patches of white make-up smeared on her face, it looks as though she and Rourke had been having a bit of a tete-a-tete.
In New York, stars headed for the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Park Avenue this week for Bette Midler’s annual Hulaween bash.
The actress and singer puts on the party every year to raise funds for her New York Restoration Project, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reclaiming and restoring New York City ’s green spaces.
Turning out to support Midler were celebrities including tennis star John McEnroe, singer Patty Smyth, actress and comic Whoopi Goldberg and domestic guru Martha Stewart.
