Aussie supermodel Lara Bingle has revealed the secret behind her super slim body – daily run, with after-dinner chocolate as an indulgent reward.
The 22-year-old fiancée of cricketer Michael Clarke revealed her exercise regimen and diet, including a personal trainer twice a week, half-hour beach runs and weights.
Bingle said she eats bread, pasta and chocolate and loves a good dessert, however, she tries to stick to healthy foods such as fish, salad or vegetables.
“Of course, I have days I don’t want to train. But I like to indulge a bit when I eat, so I don’t feel as guilty if I’ve trained,” the Daily Telegraph quoted her as telling new health magazine Your Body.
Bingle admits she and Clarke are very competitive when they exercise.
“If I’m going to run with him, I want to beat him – and he will also want to beat me,” she added. (ANI)

America’s Next Top Model presenter Tyra Banks – who was criticised when she was photographed looking heavier than usual in an unflattering swimsuit in 2007 – has recently lost weight but insists she will always stay true to her womanly figure.
She said: “I feel good about my curves and my imperfections – my booty, my boobs, my thighs – I embrace it all. Now I really can say … kiss my fat – and still fat – a*s.
“It’s about working with what you’ve got, and knowing, and learning what’s right for your body.”
The former supermodel also revealed she used to suffer with chronic stomach pains but has overcome them since she started keeping a food diary on the advice of nutritionist Heather Bauer.
She said in a recent episode of The Tyra Show: “I would get major attacks. I would be in bed for days, it was so painful.
“I switched up my unhealthy eating habits for healthier eating habits, and I haven’t had a tummy attack since December 2008.”

Milla Jovovich is designing a bag for Tommy Hilfiger.
The model-and-actress – who has previously had her own fashion label, Jovovich-Hawk with catwalk beauty Carmen Hawk – is reportedly set to collaborate with the fashion house to create next season’s Tommy Hilfiger Breast Health International bag for charity.
Milla’s bag will reportedly launch next April.
This year’s initiative was backed by supermodel Helena Christensen, who designed an oversized Momosa yellow leather tote bag for the campaign.
In addition, renowned windsurfer Robby Nash is also set to work with Tommy Hilfiger, fronting a campaign for a line of men’s tailored pieces.
A spokesperson said: “It will have a real vintage feel.”
Milla and Carmen launched their fashion line in 2003 to widespread critical acclaim.
However, late last year they announced they planned to end their partnership.
Milla said: “I’m an artist. I’m not someone who can deal with shipping rates and taxes.”

If watching beautiful supermodel Joanna Krupa on Season 9 of ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” wasn’t close enough to naked for you (and given some of the costumes on “Dancing With The Stars,” naked is just about what many of the female dancers are), then the news that Joanna Krupa is also the cover model for Playboy’s December issue should be an early Christmas present. And since Joanna Krupa is still on “Dancing With the Stars” as one of the five star finalists, there’s still the chance that a literal naked moment might take place — a wardrobe malfunction, if you will. But Playboy takes all the malfunctioning part out of the equation and gets the 30-year-old Polish supermodel naked for an 8-page spread. If Joanna Krupa isn’t eliminated in next week’s round of “Dancing With The Stars,” she just might have an unfair advantage (as if being a tall, beautiful supermodel who looks good on the dance floor wasn’t unfair advantage enough).
But what about Chelsea Handler’s Playboy cover, you that keep up with current Playboy trivia might ask? Wasn’t Chelsea Handler, the host of late night’s “Chelsea Lately,” supposed to be on the cover of the December Playboy? The answer to that is “Yes, she was.” And she will be. The Christmas edition (December issue) of Playboy magazine will hit newsstands on November 13, and there will be two separate covers: one with talk show host Chelsea Handler and another with supermodel Joanna Krupa.
According to AceShowbiz, the Chelsea Handler Playboy cover, which Jay Leno unveiled on his show last week, will only appear on newsstands. The Joanna Krupa Playboy cover will appear on both newsstands and in subscribers’ mailboxes. (It would be interesting to find out the sales results — the raw data, as it were — of the two covers as a comparison study: Which one of the newsstand covers will sell the most?)

We know that the time for Halloween fancy dress has been and gone but it’s official people: hoods are back. And we’re talking bigger and pointier than ever before! First it was Lily Allen who resembled a rather stylish Little Pink Riding Hood in her fluorescent Marc Jacobs coat from the designer’s A/W ‘09 collection and now Agyness Deyn has followed suit in her pixie get-up while perusing the delights at the Marc Jacobs store in NYC. We spotted the supermodel drooling over the designer’s collection of beautiful bags and who can blame her when there are sooo many irresistible treasures to chose from (FYI, we have our eye on the tr?s decadent Wrath leather bag and that to-die-for quilted clutch). So it looks like Agy’s got her winter wardrobe sorted, especially with the addition of an adorable pair of fluffy earmuffs that she tried on for size. Very snug! We can’t think of a more fashionable way to welcome in the cold…

Supermodel mum Heidi Klum has stepped down from the catwalk at this year’s (09) Victoria’s Secret fashion show – opting to host the event instead.
The German beauty is stalwart of the annual lingerie showcase, which sees the world’s highest paid and most stunning models take to the runway in skimpy underwear and angel wings.
But rather than force herself back into shape following the birth of her fourth child last month (Oct09), the new mum will play host at the sexy event, according to E! Online.
She recently told the website she was worried about missing the show altogether: “The last time (I gave birth), I had two months, and I don’t know if I have that much time this time. It was pushing it the last time. But if I don’t make it, I’m sure I’ll be very sad.”
Klum, who is married to singer Seal, famously toned up in time to strut her stuff at the 2006 Victoria’s Secret show – just two months after she gave birth to her third child.
The fashion show will take place on 1 December (09), and features a performance from the Black Eyed Peas.

Now that batik has been officially recognized as part of the world’s Intangible Cultural Heritage, the next logical step is to have one of the most beautiful women in the world spread the word.
Supermodel Dji Dieng, who was born in Senegal and raised in Paris and the United States, was in town recently to promote batik and songket, Zero Malaria and “55” cigars, produced using tobacco grown in Yogyakarta.
Is this your first visit to Jakarta? How do you like it so far?
I love it. I didn’t expect everything to be so cool. The shopping malls are great, the people are very nice and polite, there are many beautiful girls and the food is great. I love spicy food.
Have you had the chance to see anything around the city?
Not yet. Yesterday, I got to meet designers Zainal Songket and Denny Wirawan. I’ll be doing work with them for a photo shoot.
You are one of the most beautiful black supermodels, yet Southeast Asian fashion is dominated by Caucasian and Asian models. Why?
It’s simple, the color and height, everything is different, so it’s a new market. I hope by working with designers in Indonesia, I’m opening the door for other black models. I’m going to collaborate with Fame Management Indonesia to come here regularly to do runway shows and photo shoots.
You are a goodwill ambassador for Unesco, and have been honored with the Award for Humanity and the United Nations Volunteer Award. Where do you get the inspiration to help others?
I grew up volunteering because my family has been doing this since I was born. They’ve been helping people in Senegal, by giving them food, clothing and shelter. I’m very active with HIV/AIDS and breast cancer prevention, and I have my own association for malaria awareness.
Tell me a little bit about your non-profit organization, Zero Malaria?
Well, anyone can get malaria. You can get it anywhere in the world, in Asia, Africa and even Europe. Every year three million people die from malaria. It’s one of the most dangerous diseases in the world.
Have you had malaria?
Yes, I almost died from it in 2004. I was in the hospital for six months. I got it while I was in Africa. That’s why I have to do this, because no one talks about malaria and how dangerous it is. That’s why I created my own association, to raise awareness.
How can you help the Indonesian people and raise awareness here?
We do shows and concerts and we collect all the money to buy mosquito nets and medicine that we give away to the kids at schools in poor residential neighborhoods. We teach them how to use the nets properly to help save lives.
What do you think about fashion in Jakarta?
I love it. Yesterday I saw so many great pieces of clothing at the mall, the traditional batik material is so good. I bought a lot of dresses for myself, and I’m very happy to be here, with all my heart.
Are you familiar with batik?
Yes, of course. In Africa, we have something similar. Batik in Indonesia has a very good quality and a lot of designs. When I come back in January, I will do a lot of shopping.
You have the distinction of being know as the supermodel with the longest legs. What’s that like?
It’s good because it’s in the record books. I was the third supermodel to take over the title and I hope no one takes the honor from me.
You work with designers like Christian Dior and Vivienne Westwood. What about up-and-coming designers here?
I want to work with them. The fashion industry in Indonesia is growing. If I can work with new designers in Europe, I can do it here as well. And it’s also because the dresses here are perfect.
Your cigar company uses tobacco from Yogyakarta?
This is one of my projects that I’ve been doing for the past two years, exporting Indonesian-made cigars to Europe and the United States. The brand name “55” comes from five leaves and five types of tobacco, and you can see my face in the logo. Right now we are making the small-size cigars for the ladies. It’s very classy. I love cigars!
