International supermodel Jodie Kidd has revealed her desire to work on the next series of The Model Agent.
The British beauty (31), who jetted into town last weekend for a special appearance at the Off The Rails fashion awards in the RDS, explained how she is hoping to join infamous model scout Ellis and mentor Erin O’Connor on the hit RTE show in the new year.
“I would absolutely love to be involved in a show like the Model Agent,” she told the Herald. “I’ve been in the industry a long time and I would definitely take any chance I could to come and work in Ireland.
“I love it over here. I get here quite often, although not enough, for work.”
The catwalk queen explained how she thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with old friends, including designer John Rocha, at the glitzy event last weekend.
The model later hit the town with a number of pals.
“I couldn’t miss the opportunity to have my pint of Guinness while I was in town,” she explained.

German supermodel Heidi Klum gave birth only last month but she will be back on the catwalk in her lingerie next week for Victoria’s Secret.
The 36-year-old model-turned-presenter, who has just had a little girl called Lou Samuel, has moved her trainer David Kirsch into her home for a tough exercise regime.
‘Heidi’s swapped processed carbs, sugar, dairy and fruit for egg-white omelettes, spinach salads and grilled tuna with quinoa,’ says my source.
‘She’s determined to wow everyone when she walks. She’s pushing herself through gruelling twice-daily workouts.’

German police search a German home for further evidence in the Cindy Crawford extortion case.
German Police said they searched a home in Stuttgart in connection with an alleged extortion case involving the family of former supermodel Cindy Crawford on Sunday, Nov. 15.
U.S. authorities reported Thursday a German man, Edis Kayalar, was charged in the U.S. with attempt to extort $100,000 for a picture of Crawford’s daughter. The picture showed Crawford’s daughter, then 7, gagged and bound to a chair. Kayalar threatened to make the photograph public.
Crawford and her entrepreneur husband Rande Gerber were unaware of the photograph. The Associated Press reports the daughter told her parents a former nanny took the picture as part of a “cops and robbers” game, according to an affidavit.
Police would not confirm the apartment they searched belonged to the 26-year-old suspect. German authorities confiscated several items from the home, but would not say where Kayalar was or whether or not he had been charged in Germany.
Kayalar has been charged with one count extortion; he faces two years in the prison.
