Supermodel, Heidi Klum, never seems to rest. As soon as she gave birth to her fourth child, this 36-year-old model began preparations for participating in the traditional Victoria’s Secret fashion show, scheduled for the next month. Heidi has a daughter from her relationship with Flavio Briatore and two sons from the relationship with Seal.
Aiming to lose her pregnancy tummy and get back in shape quickly, Heidi underwent a strict regime of exercise and diet.
- Heidi replaced carbohydrates, sweets and fruits with egg whites, spinach salads, and grilled tuna. She will try to impress everybody with her impeccable appearance. Therefore, she exercises twice a day – revealed a source close to the model.

Her long slender legs have helped make Lily Cole one of Britain’s most sought after models.
But while they look great on a catwalk, her limbs weren’t quite as impressive when she took to the ice last night.
As Cambridge University student Lily skated around the outdoor rink, she lost control, knocking over a small girl.
Mortified Lily immediately came to a halt, asking the child if she was injured.
Luckily for the 21-year-old, the girl was soon back on her feet, and Lily joined arm-in-arm with two friends to continue skating.
The model was helping launch the Somerset House’s Ice Skating Rink in London, at a party thrown by Tiffany & Co.
Earlier she had appeared more steady on her feet as she walked out on to a carpet laid over the ice.
The party attracted a host of celebrities, including Trinny Woodall who kept the cold out with a furry hat.
Ben Fogle was also at the event, with his pregnant wife Marina, as were Pippa Middleton, Tina Hobley and Amber le Bon.

Warm woollen cardigans and tights are a vital part of many a girl’s winter wardrobe.
But Kate Moss turned the boring basics into a bizarre all-black outfit last night.
For an evening at London’s Groucho Club she wore a pair of thick black hose and a partially unbuttoned cardy, accessorised with a tuxedo jacket and shiny brogues.
She added the finishing touch with a black studded belt from her Topshop collection, which at first glance looked like a pair of leather knickers.
Kate, 35, whose Topshop collection now includes lingerie, went without a bra at the London club.
The model, who looked more curvy than usual, recently admitted she had only just started using support.
She told New York magazine: ‘I’ve just started wearing bras. It’s a miracle.’
Kate also admitted she’s not sure if she likes her bigger breasts.
She said: ‘My boobs are too big… My boyfriend might not like them. I’m a bit worried.’
But they don’t appear to have put off rocker Jamie Hince just yet.
He joined the model and a gaggle of friends at the club last night.
Busy Kate, whose Topshop range has proved a hit with shoppers, has just launched her own perfume in time for Christmas.
She says the scent, named Vintage, sums up her personal approach to fashion.
‘I couldn’t really afford designer clothes when I was young, so I just went to secondhand shops.
‘It wasn’t called vintage then, it was called ’secondhand’ when I was 15,’ she told WWD.
She also continues to model for luxury brands like Yves Saint Laurent and Longchamp.

Claudia Schiffer says being happy is the key to looking good. The supermodel – who will turn 40 next year – admits she takes care over her appearance but believes the main reason she still looks great is because she puts her happiness first. The mother-of-two said: ‘It is all common sense. I try to drink lots of water. And when it comes to having beauty treatments I try to choose things that make me feel better about myself. Doing things for yourself is important when you’re a busy mother. So whether I have a massage or reflexology or along, hot bath, it’s about taking time to look after yourself and be happy. That for me is the secret.’ Claudia – who is married to film producer Matthew Vaughn – also said she feels better now she is approaching 40, than she did in her 20s. She told Britain’s Hello! magazine: ‘My friends are my age and we all look the same so we don’t think, ‘Ooh I am getting older.’ I feel very confident in myself and I feel better at my age today than I did when I was 20 or 30. So if someone said they had a magic wand and could make me 20 again I wouldn’t want it. I feel much, much better about myself today and I’m in much better shape and healthier today than ever before.’

When was the last time we saw Kate Moss wearing her hair down? No, we can’t remember either. The supermodel has been hiding her hair for months now – if it’s not twisted up in a turban (think back to the MET gala earlier this year) then it’s simply slicked back in a neat bun or pony.
So why has Moss, the girl who made messy long locks the epitome of cool been keeping her hair tied back for so long? Well, it seems Kate has been keeping her tresses stress-free, avoiding too much heat damage from blowdries and backcombing in order to re-grow her famous rock-chick locks to their former glory.
Kate stepped out for dinner twice this week with her new shoulder length locks flowing freely. Kate’s hair naturally waves and looks full of health and vitality.
We predict to see more hair action from Kate over the next few months. The question is, will she continue to grow her mane or is a complete restyle on the cards?

Two photographers who claim they were shot at during Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s Costa Rica wedding have punted their $1 million lawsuit from federal to state court in NYC because Mrs. Brady is not an American citizen!
Word is, the federal court did not have jurisdiction in the matter because the plaintiffs – photographers Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles and their photo agency, Agence France Presse – are foreign citizens, as is Bundchen, who is Brazilian. (If Bundchen were an American citizen, we’re told, then the so-called “diversity jurisdiction” would have applied and the federal court could have heard the case.)
But more important, why isn’t Gisele a citizen??? She is married to Mr. All-American, after all.
We’re told Mrs. B has a green card, which allows her to take all those veddy profitable modeling gigs in the U-S-of-A. However, she reportedly has not yet applied for citizenship.
As for the lawsuit, last week, the photographers’ attorney re-filed it in New York state supreme court. Since the alleged shooting happened in Costa Rica, they will have jurisdiction questions in the New York courts as well.
We’re told the plaintiffs will argue that Brady and Bundchen are residents of NYC. (Although the two reportedly are trying to liquidate their real estate holdings in the Apple and have settled in Boston.) The photographers also plan to argue that Brady was in Gi’s West Village digs when he hired a Massachusetts security company for the wedding gig. The local company then subcontracted with a security firm in Costa Rica.
Cortez and Aviles sued the Bradys in September, claiming they were attempting to photograph the New England Patriots QB/QT’s wedding to the Brazilian supermodel last April when they were rousted by security guards hired by the couple.
The guards demanded their cameras and film, at which point, the photogs say, they fled the scene. As they were racing back to their cars, the guards allegedly opened fire, blowing out a back windshield in the cameramen’s vehicle.
Last week, security guard Alexander Rivas Barahona was taken into custody in Costa Rica in connection with the alleged shooting. Both Brady and Bundchen have publicly stated that they do not believe there was any gunplay on their special day.

Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima is ecstatic after giving birth to her first child.
The 28-year-old beauty and her Serbian basketball player husband Marko Jaric, 31, welcomed baby Valentina Lima Jaric in a New York hospital on Sunday.
A representative for the couple said: ‘Adriana and Marko are thrilled to announce they had a baby girl, Valentina Lima Jaric. Mother, father and baby are all doing well.’
Valentina is a popular Latin name which means ‘healthy and strong’ and was also chosen by Mexican actress Salma Hayek for her daughter two years ago.
Adriana fell pregnant within weeks of marrying Marko in a small ceremony in Wyoming on Valentine’s Day.
Earlier this summer, the model spoke of their family plans: ‘I never saw myself being married and having a child. Not because I did not want to. But it’s tough to find somebody.
‘(But after meeting Marko) everything changed. I knew he was the one and I could see myself married with him and with a big family.
‘We are so excited. We wanted this. We were ready. My mom is doing everything and getting things ready.’
Adriana has been a beauty queen in her South American homeland since she was a schoolgirl.
At the age of 15, she finished first place in Ford’s Supermodel of Brazil competition.
She took second place the following year in the Ford Supermodel of the World contest before signing with Elite Model Management in New York City.
She is the second highest paid underwear model in the world thanks to her mega bucks contract with Victoria’s Secret, coming behind fellow VS model Heidi Klum.
She was the fourth highest earning supermodel this year, making ?4.75million.
Adriana’s birth comes just two weeks after close friend and fellow Victoria’s Secret model Karolina Kurkova had a baby boy.
