Naomi Campbell smiles for first in Thailand with billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin

While the rest of us endure severe weather conditions as the country remains in the firm grip of its longest cold snap for almost 100 years (or something), Naomi Campbell enjoys the sunshine in Thailand and smiles for the first time in about as many years…
Campbell and her Russian billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin have been staying at a ?3000-a-night-villa in Phuket, just next to Kate Moss and Jamie Hince.
And apparently, during the short space of time that the supermodels aren’t drinking, shouting at other people or smoking several hundred cigarettes, Moss has been trying to persuade Campbell to join in for a synchronised swimming display.
Before Campbell threw her BlackBerry at Moss’s head and told her to ‘fuck off’ (probably).
A source said:
“Kate has spent five days solid preparing for this synchronised swimming display. Underwater music was piped through her hotel pool, allowing her to practise her moves and refine the art of water ballet. Sporting a nose clip and floral swimming cap – worn ironically – she had a hotel worker download an online handbook so she could learn all the moves.
“Kate has perfected all the basic sculling moves and twirls, plus the eggbeater – basically treading water – but has really struggled with the crane which requires a great deal of core strength.”
Who comes up with this stuff?
They added:
“Last night she invited a group of model friends, including Naomi, to her villa for the show. It was a roaring success and everyone was in hysterics watching Kate and co. pirouetting underwater.”
We think we’d rather a dip in the Tooting Bec lido…
