This is the moment Janice Dickinson hit rock bottom during her battle against drink and prescription drugs.
The former supermodel sobbed uncontrollably and had a panic attack during horrifying scenes on a US reality TV show.
‘I’m having an outer body experience right now,’ she wailed as she lay down on her bed.
‘I’m so f***ed up, totally f***ed up. I can’t f***ing do it.’

Dr Drew attempted to soothe the troubled star, and calm her, as she screamed.
Dickinson, 55, is one of the stars undergoing treatment in front of the cameras for the fourth series of Celebrity Rehab.
The America’s Next Top Model judge is hoping her stint at the Pasadena Recovery Centre in California will help kick her addiction to booze and prescription meds.

The mother of two, who in an earlier episode came to blows with Rachel Uchitel, appeared on four cycles of America’s Next Top Model.
She went on to opened her own modeling agency in 2005, which was documented on the reality TV show, The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency.
Julia Roberts’ actor brother Eric Roberts, The Hills’ Jason Wahler, singer Keyshia Cole’s mother Frankie Lons and oil heir Jason Davis also undergo the detox and psychiatric therapy on Celebrity Rehab.
