Supermodel Heidi Klum is moving on with life after a painful split from husband Seal and if new beau, Martin Kristen, isn’t enough to get her engines started again, this just might do it! The savvy businesswoman and mother-of-four has purchased an opulent mansion in the Los Angeles area of Bel Air for a whopping $9.8 million!
The sprawling mansion sits on 12 acres of prime real estate and boasts eight bedrooms, luscious green lawns and a swimming pool overlooking the Hollywood Hills. The brick exterior house is stately but on a smaller scale than the home she shared with Seal. It has nine and a half bathrooms, a must-have when you have four children and others to cater to. Rumour has it that the house was built 13 years ago and spans 11,600 square feet AND the property is well protected with a private driveway and gate and if that’s not enough there’s always private bodyguard and beau, Martin Kristen to contend with. Besides that, the home features a gym, a dance studio, media room and an outdoor patio. How’s that for opulence?
