Shrinks at the Twin Towers jail psych ward have reported that Paris Hilton may be bulimic and could have carefully hidden her addition to self-purging for over a decade.
The petulant heiress has spent two nights under 24 hour observation in a closely-monitored ward where her bodily fluid samples were analysed after traces of both emetics and laxatives proved to be the only substances other than nicotine, alcohol and cocaine in her system.

“We have the former and are now on the lookout to see if the lady has any of the latter before a course of treatment can begin.”
Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has stepped into the debate over birth control and sexual behavior in Brazil, saying Church opposition to condom use was ridiculous and women should have the right to choose on abortion.
Gisele is idolized by many young women in Brazil, the world’s largest Roman Catholic country, where debate over sexual issues has intensified around a visit by Pope Benedict last month.
The Pope stressed the Church’s firm opposition to abortion and contraception and railed against sex outside of marriage.
The Brazilian beauty, one of the world’s top models, told Folha de S.Paulo newspaper in an interview that when the Church made its laws centuries ago, women were expected to be virgins.
“Today no one is a virgin when they get married … show me someone who’s a virgin!” she said.
Asked about abortion, she said a woman should have the right to choose what is best for her.
“If she thinks she doesn’t have the money or the emotional condition to raise a child, why should she give birth?”
Gisele, who had just arrived from New York to take part in Rio de Janeiro’s Fashion Week, also defended condom use.
“It’s ridiculous to ban contraceptives — you only have to think of the diseases that are transmitted without them. I think it should be compulsory to use a contraceptive.” The Brazilian government has clashed with the church over anti-AIDS programs in which it distributes millions of free condoms and Health Minister Jose Temporao has called for a national referendum on abortion.
Other Brazilian celebrities have fallen foul of the Vatican over sex issues. Singer Daniela Mercury was banned from performing at a Vatican Christmas concert in 2005 because she took part in a campaign promoting condom use to prevent AIDS.
She denied rumors she was pregnant.

As pointed out by The Superficial, “Apparently her lawyers have told her to ‘live like a nun’ if she has any chance of evading jail - so she’s taken this to mean getting photographed with as many religious books as possible.”
The heiress has also allegedly told friends she’s quitting her drinking and partying and “has even replaced her skimpy outfits with a new demure look.”
If these latest tactics fail her – Paris will begin serving her time behind bars on June 5th.

Hilton has been ordered to report to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California on June 5 for violating probation on her DUI.
Diamond heiress and sometime actress, Zeta Graff, who has filed out a slander suit against Paris Hilton, has lashed out at the socialite’s attempts to postpone the case claiming that she is ‘emotionally distraught and traumatized’ by her impending imprisonment.Graff, who filed the 10 million dollars suit in 2005 alleging Hilton of spreading lies about her, said that if Hilton can party in the nights, then should be able to turn up for the trial.
“If Ms. Hilton was night clubbing on Saturday night, she should not have been representing to the court on Monday morning that she was unable to participate in the trial,” E! Online quoted her, as saying.
“Ms. Hilton should be required to explain her actions and account for them. Under the law, even Ms. Hilton is supposed to be held accountable for her actions,” she added.
Last week, Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist, who examined Hilton, testified in the court that the ‘Simple Life’ star isn’t in a condition to face a trial, and that forcing her to face the trial would ‘exacerbate her current mental condition’. Judge Linda Lefkowitz postponed the trial date from May 21 to August 22.
Graff sued the 26-year-old for spreading vicious lies about her after the two indulged in an altercation at London’s Kabaret nightclub.
According to reports, in 2005, when Graff saw Hilton and Hilton’s then fiancé Paris Latsis, who was hooked to Graff, at the club, she went “berserk” after seeing them and tried to choke Hilton and steal her 4 million dollar diamond necklace.
Kate Moss and Pete Doherty are going through a rough patch, according to reports.
The couple spent an evening together last Tuesday, before returning to Moss’ London house.
However, Doherty was seen leaving the model’s home in the early hours of the morning, with a suitcase and guitar in tow.
