Jacobs: ‘I Wanted Lohan For Louis Vuitton’

Fashion king Marc Jacobs has given fashionista Lindsay Lohan a huge boost by confirming she’s his dream ad campaign darling. Jacobs admits he chased the actress/singer for months, trying to persuade her to star in his “fall 2006″ Louis Vuitton campaign, and he’ll never give up on landing Lohan. He says, “I very much wanted her to appear in the LV campaign, but it didn’t work out. Hopefully it will next time.” The Mean Girls star is also reportedly being courted by Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel, Stella Mccartney and Versace, but has yet to announce which fashion house she’ll go with as she plans to model.
