Gemma Ward ascends into Hollywood

AS Australia’s highest-paid model, Gemma Ward’s prowess in front of a photographer’s lens is unassailable – even on the big screen.
Reviews for her performance in the Hollywood thriller The Strangers have created a buzz around Ward.
Ward plays a masked intruder in The Strangers, opposite Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman, which has received early, if mixed, acclaim from film critics.
Loosely based on a true story, Ward is introduced to audiences as a “ghostly woman” who knocks on the door of a couple, then joins two others in terrorising them in their home.
