‘Fat’ Karolina Kurkova Graces Sept. GQ Cover
August 3rd, 2008

Supermodel Karolina Kurkova graces the September 2008 cover of GQ magazine with her fellow Victoria’s Secret Angels.
Pictured from left to right are Adriana Lima, 27, Karolina Kurkova, 24, Heidi Klum, 35, Alessandra Ambrosio, 27, and Izabel Goulart, 24.
Kurkova is looking as fit and fabulous as ever, just two months after Brazilian press bashed her for being “too fat” to walk the runway at the Cia Maritima show during Sao Paulo Fashion Week in June.
When Kurkova strutted the catwalk in a bikini looking like she had gained a couple of pounds, a local newspaper blasted the leggy 5′11″ Czech supermodel for having back fat and cellulite on her butt.
Following the incident, journalists and bloggers around the world went on a rampage, trashing the thought that anyone in their right mind could call Kurkova “fat.” But just as we predicted, she’s back in top form for her latest magazine photoshoot, which also features Sports Illustrated cover girl Marisa Miller, 30 (not pictured).
Karolina, who is one of the highest paid models in the world, kept a low profile following the “fat” attacks and and quietly got back in killer shape. Kurkova is a highly sought-after professional model, and now we know why. When your paycheck fluctuates with your weight, you won’t stay out of shape for long.

she doesn’t look fat because the picture was photoshopped and in the text it says 2months after the fat incident in brazil but that picture was probably taken 2 months ago so the magazine has time to retouch it and get it into print so that just proves the fact that she only looks good because of photoshop!

isn’t this just an old photo from the victoria’s secret show? if it were recent, alessandra ambrosio would also be preganant!

She wasn’t “fat” to begin with, but the press will do anything to shame women who aren’t “perfect.”
