Sophie Anderton arrested after threatening to kill herself

Sophie Anderton arrested after threatening to kill herself in front of tycoon ex-boyfriend
An out-of-control Sophie Anderton was arrested last night after allegedly threatening to kill herself in front of former boyfriend, property developer Ed Buxton.
Sophie turned up at the tycoon’s apartment at 2am demanding to see him.
After he refused to let her in, in her highly emotional state, she reportedly screamed: ‘I’ll kill myself if you won’t take me back.’
When Buxton and his doorman tried and failed to calm her down, the property developer was forced to call 999.
Ed split from Sophie last week, after Sophie flirted with Danio Domingues, a doorman from Chelsea nightclub Kitts.
Buxton’s wealthy neighbours in Parsons Green, west London, rushed to help after hearing Sophie’s screams in the lobby.
A resident told the Sun: ‘She kept shouting, ‘”I’ll kill myself if you won’t take me back.” She said she didn’t want to live without him.
‘She was scratching at her wrists and saying, “I could do it, who would care? Nobody cares’.
‘Ed kept saying they’d talk things over but she kept wrestling with him and screaming.’
Paramedics were also called to deal with Sophie, but she allegedly resisted treatment when they arrived, before police arrested her for disorderly conduct.
The Mail On Sunday’s Katie Nicholl wrote this weekend: ‘It’s all over and Sophie’s in a very bad state at the moment,’ I’m told.
But friends of the former supermodel, who has battled drink and drug addictions, and recently finished a long spell in rehab after being exposed as a call girl, insist that the break-up had nothing to do with Danio.
‘Sophie told me she was single,’ said Danio.
‘She was really hitting on me.
‘She gave me her number but, when I called, Ed answered wanting to know who I was.’

copy of my letter sent to Sophie AndertonFriday, 12 December, 2008 9:13 AM
From: “P DAVIS” View contact details To: letters@the-sun.co.uk12/12/2008 07:27:43 Re:the Sun agrees to help re-launch Sophie Anderton’s career
Dear Sophie - I am looking forward to meeting you sometime in the future preferably over an informal lunch
In the meantime personally I hate witnessing injustice and this is why I am drawn to your involvement with the News of the World sting operation-

Personally I am a strong believer and supporter for the campaign calling for the global legalisation of all drugs

If you support this argument then it makes a mockery and highlights a legal argument you may have in a financial claim for damages against the News of the World.

I am not saying you are certain to win if you prosecute the News of the World -But in a criminal court of law The CPS would fail if it attempted to prosecute you for various reasons the way the evidence was secured was through entrapment and this would not be admissible in a court of Law

By this same standard it may strengthen your claims in a civil claim against the News of the World who were responsible for securing and publishing private information secured illegally through entrapment.

At very least you should be entitled to either compensation for entrapment secured for financial gain by the owners of the News of the World or a share of the gross royalties generated from the additional copies sold by the newspaper group.

As I recall you were at the time of this story being made public at the height of you popularity and this was a major scoop for the newspaper.Sophie in my opinion you should be able to resolve a nice out of court settlement for yourself to compensate you.

The News of the World are guilty of sharp malpractice and should be reported to the professional standards authority governing journalists. Its worth exploring Sophie ?

    regards Paul Davis

Re:the Sun agrees to help re-launch Sophie Anderton’s career
For Sophie Anderton to successfully rebuild her career she obviously needs to change her manager and agents.

Any new manager must insist that she agrees to remain abstinent from using harsh drugs in future.

Sophie probably has one final chance to get her life and career back on track. How important is her career to her ?

The Sun will help her, but it’s really up to Sophie to take the initiative and make the changes work

Re:the Sun agrees to help re-launch Sophie Anderton’s career
The film rights on Sophie’s life story -16 year old girl runs away to London in search of fame and fortune -hob knobs it with royalty goes out with Robert Hanson billionaire over sexed playboy –goes out with several millionaire footballers –becomes a globe travelling very well paid TV personality finally ends up doing drugs and is turned into a Sloane trend setting whore —

I think the story is worth a ?100k punt especially if it carries the film rights as well

Sophie lives in Notting Hill but she is ex-directory- I have left messages for her to call me -AS I have urgent business with her.

If Sophie does read this please contact me please

Re:Sophie Anderton advised to prosecute the News of The World
    Man of mystery

Mr Mahmood has previously defended his methods.

He said: “I don’t think there’s anything wrong with journalists exposing drug dealers… I’ve got 98 criminal convictions as a result of my work, so I must be doing something right.”

He is also adept at infiltrating criminal ranks within the Asian community and has exposed numerous immigration scams and bogus marriages.

For a man so skilled at exposing others, Mazher Mahmood is obsessive about maintaining his own privacy.

It is known that he comes from somewhere in the West Midlands, and has worked on the Sunday Times and in television production.

    ‘Entrapment’ under fire

The self-styled scourge of the criminal world works secretively, rarely going into the office at News International in Wapping.

Written into Mr Mahmood’s contract is a clause stating that his photograph will never be published in the newspaper.

If he features in photos that accompany his stories, his face is always concealed and a silhouette is used next to his byline.

When Mr Mahmood won the Reporter of the Year award, a figure attired in full sheikh’s outfit, with the face covered, went up to collect the award - only for the robes to be thrown off to reveal Kelvin Mackenzie, former editor of The Sun.

Although Mr Mahmood has helped to expose crime, many find the way he does it both morally and ethically distasteful.

Lawyers have argued that Mr Mahmood’s conduct, backed by the editorial policy of the News of the World, deliberately involves serious breaches of the law.

However, his work continues unabated and he often works closely with officers and says he co-operates with police at all times.

Mahmood sees himself above British law, using entrapment in many cases such as John Fashanu and of curse George Galloway, his flagship “case” relied solely on the testimony of a petty criminal and poor quality audio tapes, the case collapsed but in a later damages suit, the judicary took the side of Mahmood. As Gashi the witness was to be relied upon in not just one case but two previously as well, it was revealed that he had been convicted for crimes of fraud and deception in Europe which would have made him unreliable under British law.

In all of his “investigations” an element of participation is seen, a Judge stated that he felt that Mahmood incited matters in the Beckham kidnap case through his planted agent and he rightfully said the case would may have not proceeded as it did without Mahmood’s intervention.

Mahmood was dismissed from the Sunday Times for dishonest investigation and unprofessional conduct.

He breaks the law frequently, the picture above is allegedly from a fake Czech passport, he buys the drugs that he entraps people with, a classic sting where he asks the target to hold the drug, moves into a position where he can be observed or videoed and then asks for them back and the unwitting target is then caught “supplying”

Mahmood was also investigated over expenses with another reporter Thurlbridge, when police demanded accounts of monies and their sources, neither would cooperate.

The picture above has been in the public domain for a long time, Mahmood complains about death threats but fails to substansiate these threats, he has destroyed families, careers and public profiles to gain his story, these people paid their price and so should Mahmood.

HE IS A CRIMINAL AND THE POLICE SHOULD INVESTIGATE HIM FOR HIS ADMISSION FOR BUYING COCAINE AT LEAST - KATE MOSS WAS!!!

A prediction for a new year headline–Sophie Anderton decides to bring prosecutions against the News of the World and the fake Shiek –should sell a few more papers.

    Go for it Sophie

Tell the world about Sophie Anderton . Be passionate and don’t hold back.
Sophie was tricked and deceived by the Fake sheikh in an illegal undercover sting operation when she was clearly weak and vulnerable –This behaviour by the newspaper breached Miss Andertons trust and was an illegal undercover operation that was Not approved by the police
The newspaper breached Miss Andertons human rights and violated her freedom to privacy. The newspaper has caused further stress related problems and additional harm to Miss Anderton resulting in a serious loss of earnings calculated to in the region of ?1ml. since the original sting in November 2007

At the time of this criminal act of entrapment by Mr Mahmood who has recently published his autobiography still works for the News of the World

Mr Mahmood clearly tricked and criminally deceived Miss Anderton into supplying the reporter with money sex and drugs.

At that time Miss Anderton was known to be suffering with a severe depression and was under the influence of powerful prescribed antidepressants attracting a diagnosis of a bi-polar disorder

The News of the World were fully advised and made aware of her recent health and relationship problems when they proceeded to take advantage of a young woman who was disadvantaged and was clearly mentally unstable.

The News of the World are not beyond the law and should soon be facing criminal charges for illegally soliciting women for the procurement to supply illegal drugs and sexual favours and services to specifically include oral sex in return for cash. This led to the serious breach of trust and client’s confidentiallity
    (Miss Anderton)

I want Sophie to go for damages because she will win !!!!

    regards Paul Davis
