Is Claudia Schiffer Still Modeling With Plastic Surgery?

Claudia Schiffer is part of the legendary group of supermodels that became household names back in the early 1990’s. Although she’s faded in and out of the spotlight since then, Claudia is still hot enough to be on the cover of fashion bibles, leading many to wonder: is plastic surgery keeping Claudia Schiffer on magazine covers?
At 38-years old, many women, especially mothers of two, like Claudia, have begun to show signs of aging. By contrast, Claudia is as slim as ever and has very minimal signs of aging. Oftentimes, a lack of aging is an indication that dermal injectables or more aggressive forms of plastic surgery are at play, but Claudia has expressed fear of the popular dermal injectable Botox.
She says in an interview, “It’s poison in my skin and no one knows the long-term effects. I’m far more scared of that than a wrinkle on my forehead.”
New York City plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer, “Claudia adamantly denies using Botox and I believe her – it is obvious. She has mild transverse wrinkles in her forehead and vertical wrinkles in her glabella. Additionally, I do not think she has had other facial injections either. She has moderate nasolabial creases, even at rest. This, obviously, is not all bad – she is naturally beautiful and does not need these supplemental procedures to shine.”
Not that Claudia is immune to aging, or being concerned about it. In the same interview, the supermodel says, “All of my friends are my age and we are all aging at the same time; we talk about it and moan, but it doesn’t bother me.”
Facial plastic surgery expert Dr. Paul Nassif also believes that Claudia hasn’t had any work, but he does have some recommendations for her, “I doubt that Claudia has had any work on her face in the past. But she does need a brow lift and upper eyelid lift.”
Claudia has been quoted saying that her supermodel body is the result of years of different yoga practices and that she has recently added Pilates to the mix.
For years, many have wondered whether or not the supermodel’s tiny tiny nose is the result of nature or plastic surgery, including plastic surgeon, Dr. Jennifer Walden.
Dr. Walden says, “Claudia Schiffer is still going strong, and it appears that she may have undergone a rhinoplasty procedure (nose job) in the distant past. More recently, she has that wrinkle-free look that Botox injections can give to the forehead region.”
