Vöslauer signs Agyness Deyn

British supermodel Agyness Deyn is to be the new face of Austrian mineral water company Vöslauer.
Deyn succeeds Claudia Schiffer, Cindy Crawford and opera diva Anna Netrebko as the poster girl for the firm, which is Austria’s leading mineral water producer.
Posters showing Deyn drinking Vöslauer will soon be on display all-over the country.
The 26-year-old is one of Britain’s top fashion icons and has been feted for her boyish style and platinum-blonde short haircut.
Vöslauer marketing head Birgit Aichinger said: “We are always looking for women who represent the zeitgeist. We have high standards and only work with A-list personalities.
“Our advertisement models should be interesting and attractive but not regarded as competition by women,” she added.
Asked why the company decided to sign Deyn, Aichinger said: “Agyness is glamorous, full of energy and a real character – but not over the top.”
