Kindred spirits: New BFFs Paris Hilton and Peaches Geldof party hard again in Cannes

The budding friendship between socialites Paris Hilton and Peaches Geldof appeared to be going from strength to strength as they spent another day hanging out together in Cannes last night.
The new BFF’s both dressed to impress as they attended the Disquared Cocktail Reception on the Boulevard De La Croisette last night.
Peaches, 20, opted to cover up for the occasion and donned a pink dress with a long purple blazer.
She continued her Audrey Hepburn style look by wearing her hair up in a sleek bun.
Meanwhile Paris, 28, turned heads in a long white toga style dress with a huge split up the side and gold heels with a matching handbag.
The outing came just hours after Peaches showed her support for new pal by attending a the launch party for her new documentary Paris, Not France Cocktail at the 3.14 Beach.
Peaches, dressed down in a red patterned dress, was all smiles as wandered barefoot on the beach with a male companion while Paris, in a flowing floral dress, tried out her best poses for the camera.
Given their notoriety and love of partying, it’s somewhat surprising the two partygirls didn’t meet sooner.
However they are clearly making up for lost time since being introduced at the Hollywood Domino party earlier this week.
The two women have plenty in common – as well as growing up in a famous family, they also ‘model’ and have dabbled in music.
Peaches has already married and divorced American husband Max Drummey, while Paris is currently dating reality TV star Doug Reinhardt after two failed engagements to model Jason Shaw and Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis.
