Nicole Trunfio gets acting lessons while in New York

After making an impression on US audiences with her recent role as model mentor on Make Me a Supermodel, the New York-based model recruited Nicole Kidman’s acting coach to teach her the ropes.
“Right now I’m working 10 hours a day with (acting coach) Susan Batson. She taught Nicole Kidman and she’s absolutely amazing. I love it so far,” she said.
It’s the stage rather than the big screen holding the 23-year-old’s attention at the moment.
“I have such a passion for theatre,” she said.
Signed up for the next series of the model reality show, Trunfio has focused on her acting during her northern summer break and she also took time out with fellow Oz models including Gemma Ward for a yoga retreat in Bali.
