2001 Miss World and Nigerian Icon Attends NYU, Attracts Straight Guys

Agbani Darego, a Nigerian supermodel and the first ever African to be crowned Miss World in 2001, is attending NYU, according to Nigerian culture blog Bella Naija. Darego has been featured in several international fashion ad campaigns and is signed with New York-based Ford Model Management. Also, she just happens to be beautiful.
According to Bella Naija, Darego “helped revolutionize the modelling industry and revive beauty pageantry in Nigeria. Ever since Agbani was crowned as Miss World 2001, she was placed on a pedestal and is considered as a role model for many young Nigerian ladies aiming to be beauty queens.”
Oh yeah, we forgot to mention that she is pretty effin’ beautiful. Keep in mind that this post was written by a straight male (we exist) with a soft spot for dark skin. I’m talking to you, Agbani.
