Heidi Klum is now Heidi Samuel

German supermodel Heidi Klum has officially changed her name to Heidi Samuel.
A Los Angeles commissioner has approved Klum to adopt the surname of her husband Seal real name Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel, reports People magazine.
In her filing, Klum, 36, gave a one-word reason for the change: Marriage.
The couple tied the knot more than four years ago, and Klum gave birth to their fourth child last month.
Meanwhile, Klum surprised everybody when she walked the ramp for Victoria’s Secret fashion show in New York just six weeks after giving birth.
