Kate Moss looks a wreck at charity function

Kate Moss joined London’s A Listers at the exclusive Love Ball last night but ended up looking like a train wreck.
The charity fundraiser, held at The Roundhouse in North London, was a fashionable night where celebrities showed off their couture gowns to paparazzi.
But Miss Moss spent the night falling over friends and looking clearly boozed to her limit.
The supermodel and mother-of-one has been hitting the town most nights during London Fashion Week, and we’ve yet to see her not stumbling around drunk.
