Kylie Bisutti quits Victoria’s Secret
The American model Kylie Bisutti quit being a Victoria’s Secret model, arguing those Angel’s wings didn’t match her Christian faith. Sticking to the belief that only her husband should see her sexy curves and exposed skin, Kylie stepped aside the lingerie modeling business.
The 21-year-old, who got married right after winning the model search in 2009, knows her sudden decision of leaving behind a very profitable career might puzzle some people. Although, she claims she has now a higher purpose of being a role model, which she states she can’t while posing with very little clothes on. In her own words: “I didn’t really want to be that kind of role model for younger girls because I had a lot of younger Christian girls that were looking up to me and then thinking that it was okay for them to walk around and show their bodies in lingerie to guys. My goal is just to be a better role model for the youth, I just want them to see me as somebody that they can look up to and somebody that’s going to be dressing appropriately and I’m not going to get into things that I wouldn’t want them to be getting into”.
Kylie has also reported some lack of comfort surrounding all that body exposure: “But the more I was modeling lingerie, and lingerie isn’t clothing, I just started becoming more uncomfortable with it because of my faith. My body should only be for my husband and it’s just a sacred thing”.
Before these feelings sarted to pull her away from the high fashion lingerie scene, Mrs Bisutti was living the dream of her life: “Victoria’s Secret was my absolutely biggest goal in life, and it was all I ever wanted career-wise. I actually loved it while I was there, it was so much fun and I had a blast”.

Your decision is to be applauded, I am especially excited to observe a young woman that has chosen to break the mold formed some 40 years ago and decided to become a role model for other young women (and even older women). Your decision and knowledge precede your years. Never worry and never look back, you will be fine and our Father will be happy to see you as a role model for his children.

Wow, As a newly born again babe and being 18 turning 19. I really admire what this lady has done for the Lord and her husband.
I’m about to get married and this story makes me happy, and also reminds me what the Lord really does expect of us, no matter how much we have to lose. We are to die to our fleshly desires, take up our cross everyday.
