Bar Rafaeli takes poll position in the top men´s magazine “Maxim”
After having been crowned the hottest woman in the world by Maxim magazine, the 26 year old top model tweeted her excitement. “So happy and honored to be number 1 on Maxims Hot 100! Thank you Maxim mag, this is very exciting!” she wrote on her Tweeter page. This year Maxim had their readers choose who should be on their famed annual list of the sexiest stars list and Bar made poll position to the joy and excitement of Maxim readers. Second place went to Magic Mike star Olivia Munn (two years in a row) and third place to Mila Kunis.
The 26 year old Israeli import started her modeling career at the tender age of eight months when she appeared in a commercial. What a hot babe?!! She hit the big time when she dated Leonardo DiCaprio in the late 2005 and the name Bar Rafaeli became synonymous with stardom. With her long blond mane and the drop dead gorgeous figure she has graced many billboards and made her mark on the fashion world. She is also one of the most beautiful and hardworking models in the business. Not only that, the former 2009 covermodel of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue volunteers for Project Sunshine, a non-profit organization that offers free services and programs for children facing life-threatening illnesses. Not only is Bar Rafaeli an angel look-alike but she is an angel at heart.
Recently, this tall blue-eyed model starred in a new black and white TV ad to promote her new line of underwear called, “Under Me.” The line features simple lines and is made out of cotton. She said, “My underwear is the clothing article closest to my body and as such I want it to complement it and not steal the show. There is nothing better than simple, comfortable quality clothing.”
