Kate Moss featured on George Michael’s White Light music video

George Michael has released a 20 minute trailer to his “White Light” music video featuring Kate Moss. The supermodel is seen holding a coin in her hands as she stares moodily into the camera wearing a fur coat, light make-up with loose hair framing her face and sporting black fingernail polish to add a bit of drama. Then she flips the coin into the air and George appears singing, dressed all in black surrounded by dancers on the dance floor. The camera then pans to an unidentified person holding a gun as the coin makes it way back into Kate’s hand. All very mysterious stuff, folks.

George, who hasn’t had a hit in a long time, is very excited about the video and had this to say, “The video you are waiting for is choc full of serious candy and believe it or not, I’m not talking about me. Oh and by the way, in the video, a certain supermodel (our Kate) saves my life. We shot two endings, one with the Heimlich Maneuver, and one where she gives me full on CPR. Mouth to mouth. Not really.”

This is not Kate’s first appearance on a music video. She has done two others, “Primal Scream” and “The White Stripes,” and she said she was sorry that she didn’t get to participate in George’s iconic Freedom video in 1990.

The full video will be released in all its glory on Tuesday, July 17 and perhaps the mystery of “the gun” will be solved then.
