Milla Jovovich “rocks” at world premiere of Resident Evil: Retribution

Wearing a figure-hugging black strapless dress, statuesque brunette, Milla Jovovich, took to the stage at Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, Japan and was greeted warmly by her fans on Monday at the premiere of Resident Evil: Retribution.

The 39-year-old rocked the dress showing off some serious curves as she posed next to a zombie who seemed to be in pain from his flesh wounds. But that didn’t throw her off as she smiled and waved to the crowds. She later signed autographs graciously.

She spoke to Flicks and Bits about the Resident Evil series saying, “Doing this series has been such an adventure. It’s always amazing to come back to this incredible, fantastical, magical ‘Resident Evil’ world and to Alice. I know her so well now. I know how she will react, what she will and won’t do. She’s become a huge part of my life and as I grow, she grows.” In the sequel, she plays the role of a housewife who is still on a mission to destroy the evil Umbrella Corporation and joins a group of survivors who are looking to relocate to a safe haven called Arcadia.

At the premiere, she was also joined by husband and film director, Paul W S Anderson and co-star Japanese actress and singer, Mika Nakashima who dazzled in a blonde bob hair-do and white dress.

Resident Evil: Retribution is scheduled for release in the UK on 28th September 2012. Until then, all hail the heroine Alice and her mission to conquer evil. If the past of Resident Evil is anything to go by, she’s going to kick some serious evil a**!
