Miranda Kerr works up a sweat for upcoming Victoria’s Secret Fashion show


It is a much anticipated event in the fashion world and for the “angels” the stakes are high. It’s a chance to show-off once again all that they are made off, in the body department that is. So it is grueling workouts until the show and it was no different for Miranda Kerr who already possesses a “to die for” figure.

The brunette beauty tweeted a photo of herself recently working out with monster weights beside her personal trainer with the caption: “Amping up the training for #Victoria secretfashionshow.” In the snapshot, Miranda already looks in top form with not an ounce of excess fat on her sleek body and pumps it up dressed in a grey cropped top and black leggings. Perhaps it is the behind the scenes work that matters for the angels. They go by the motto, “No pain, no gain.” Those genes are hard to beat but it’s hard grueling workouts and nutrition that keeps them looking the way they do. Miranda has said that she sticks to a healthy organic diet and does yoga regularly to keep fit. More specifically, she said, “I make sure I do half an hour yoga in the morning so that then I’m feeling good. I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy. Health is wealth I think.”

And she is right there folks. Health is wealth for the angels and it is a money making machine. It’s hard work but somebody’s got to do it. Miranda and fellow angels will take to the catwalk and flaunt all that “hard work” on December 4th when Victoria’s Secret stages its fashion show and all of us mere mortals will be left just a little disorientated, dazzled and awe-struck in their wake.
