She came, she saw and she conquered!
Kate Moss wore a tight-fitting leopard-print dress from Marc Jacob’s Spring 2013 collection and looked wild and sexy as she made an appearance at the newly opened Marc Jacob’s store in Mayfair, London for a book signing promoting her new book, Kate: The Kate Moss Book. The silk dress cost around 1,500 pounds but it was the simple slim cut paired with the leopard print motif that showcased Kate’s figure to perfection and paired with the black Louboutin heels it was a purrfect choice and a hit at the book signing.
The highly-anticipated book gives a peek into her two decade career which started out for her as “a girl with potential” to one of the most enigmatic supermodels of her time. The hardback also features 486 pages filled with colour and black and white photos, some of which have never been published, taken by some of fashion’s best including Patrick Demarchelier, Arthur Elgort, Steven Meisel and Mario Testino. The book was co-edited by Jefferson Hack, a former boyfriend, and is published by Rizzoli.
It’s been a busy week for the supermodel apart from the book signing, a black and white photograph of Kate taken at age 14 was unveiled and it is believed to be from her first photoshoot. You see a very young Kate staring back at the camera looking na?ve and oh so innocent. She’s come a long way folks from that first photoshoot. The photo is expected to fetch a whopping 1,200 pounds when it goes up for auction at Bloomsbury’s in Mayfair on November 23.
She’s a legendary figure now as far as supermodels go and as we said earlier, she came, she saw and she conquered as only Kate Moss can.
