Elizabeth Hurley put on her prettiest floral print dress to support her fiance Shane Warne at his charity event in Melbourne on Sunday. Gone were the aggressive stance, the frustration and of course by now, the well-known words she used when she was confronted by a reporter at Perth airport on Wednesday. That was history and well behind her.

This time around, Liz was on her best behaviour as she showed up at the Crown Casino and showed off her curves in a Roberto Cavalli dress and flashed a brilliant smile. It was for a good cause. Shane Warne’s Foundation Charity Poker Tournament is an annual charity event that raises money for sick and underprivileged children and Liz tweeted this message: “Great day for @warne888’s foundation. Hopefully over AU$300,000 raised for sick and underprivileged Australian kids.” The Foundation has raised over AU$6 million since its launch nine years ago and Shane added: “With the support the Foundation receives from the Crown, the event just keeps on getting better each year. It’s proving to be one of the biggest celebrity days of the year but it’s important to remember why we do it. The Shane Warne Foundation raises funds for seriously ill and underprivileged children. As an umbrella foundation, we fund many children’s charities, which need our funding to continue the work they do.”

The happy couple posed with two showgirls on stage and the ugly incident at the airport was forgotten for the time being at least in light of the charitable event or so they hoped.
