Rosie Huntington-Whiteley sells her Manhattan apartment for less than it’s worth
The small three room apartment in the heart of Greenwich Village was Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s first humble abode before her career sky-rocketed and took off in leaps and bounds. The price tag for the apartment which features an open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, customized bathroom, hardwood floors and a rooftop terrace was originally set at $925,000, then was dropped to $885,000 and finally sold for $860,000.
The successful model who lives in the Hollywood Hills with an equally successful actor boyfriend, Jason Statham is currently looking at building a dream home and it will definitely be much bigger than the Manhattan apartment. Rumour has it that the model and actor beau are thinking about starting a family soon. In a recent interview with Elle magazine, the model said, “I always see myself working but definitely being a mum will be a big part of me…..I think there is naturally a point where you think, ‘I don’t care about myself as number one anymore. I want to care about other things.”
The couple have been dating since April 2010 and it may be time to do just that as everything looks “rosy” on the romance front.
