Bar Refaeli does the back bend and shows she’s flexible as well!
Blonde beauty Bar Refaeli loves tweeting selfies of herself and last week she tweeted a snapshot of herself doing a back bend in an effort to prove that she is not just supermodel gorgeous but flexible as well! She posted the image with this caption: “Can you think of a better way to start the day?? #SpiderWoman.” Actually we can…..but moving on!!
Just last week, another supermodel took to showing off her flexibility in the exact same pose and it was none other than Ms Naomi Campbell. Alright, we get it already! Supermodels are flexible among other things!
Bar whose fitness regime includes yoga and pilates also uses the Krav Maga method to stay slim. The martial arts based method which is also used to train Israeli soldiers, counts Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez and Hilary Swank as some of its celebrity fans.
Israeli-born Bar also shared another snapshot showing off her fresh-faced beauty sans make-up and what a difference a matter of weeks makes! Not too long ago, we saw Bar going make-up free and it was a far cry from being a natural beauty. Her face looked puffy and dark shadows under the eyes were clearly evident. So what happened here?
