It is rather rare that new trends first pop up in men´s fashion and subsequently are adapted by women. Usually the female sex is far more experimental, playful, transgressive and thus progressive.

But the latest trend “Faceprint� is arising from the men´s world, for a change. Male designers such as Raf Simons, Givenchy and Joseph Turvey introduced XXL faceprints for men.
Miuccia Prada trailed them as a representative for the stronger gender. The Italian visionary showed oversized portrait drawings of women in her celebrated SS 2014 collection.
