Maria Sharapova is the face of Avon Luck fragrance

The highest ranking Russian tennis player in the world is now the face of the new Luck fragrance by Avon. Aside from her sport skills, the statuesque and lovely Maria Sharapova is also an occasional fashion model.

The twenty-seven year-old beauty, who is fresh from winning her second French Open title on Saturday (June 7th), hangs up her sporty gear and shows off her more elegant side in the scent’s new television and print advertisements, which were shot in the Northern England county side.

Donned in an array of glamorous gowns and accessories, Sharapova, who has previously appeared in the popular Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, is joined by suit-clad Cuban male model Juan Betancourt to showcase both the women’s and men’s offering, which be released in Europe on September and the following month in North America.

“I am excited to represent Avon Luck, a fragrance that reminds us to savor and truly enjoy our triumphs,” said the six-foot-two-inch blonde. “I always say the harder you work, the luckier you are because you strive for bigger goals. I love being able to partner with a company like Avon that empowers women around the world to accomplish their dreams.”
