Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s personal trainer reveals how she keeps fit

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is one of the most high-in-demand supermodels when it comes to showcasing lingerie and swimwear. And the British supermodel’s personal trainer has now revealed her best kept secrets to achieving a jaw-dropping figure.

The twenty-seven year-old beauty keeps in shape with James Duigan, noted British fitness guru-to-the-stars and healthy eating advocate. His Clean & Lean Diet plan, which has become widely popular among many Victoria’s Secret mannequins, is said can adapt to anyone, from housewives to office workers and everyone in between.

Daily Mail recently got Duigan to let us in some advice to help achieve a body like Huntington-Whiteley’s. “Stress less,” the training guru recommends, saying that scheduling a massage or attending a yoga class will help lower cortisol levels and “make you happier and leaner.”

Duigan explained that ingesting coconut is beneficial in many ways. “It helps with your digestion and boosts your immune system,” he said, adding that he advises his clients to replace the low fat milk in their coffee with a teaspoon of coconut oil. “It can also help you to lose fat if eaten in moderation, since it boosts your metabolism.”

“Eat a handful of kale and spinach (at least) every day,” Duigan continued. “Blend it, steam it, have it raw – there are no excuses not to have these amazing foods in your life daily. Trust me, you’ll notice the difference.” The fitness instructor’s final two tips are something which can be done without much effort; beathing and drinking water.

“If you can practice the right breathing technique, it will help you to perform your exercises better and it will also help you to feel more energized and happy,” he said. “And finally, drink more water. Drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up helps rid the body of unwanted toxins from the blood, which helps to keep your skin clear and glowing.”
