Kate Moss to star in ‘Love Actually’ sequel

Kate Moss W Magazine

Kate Moss will be seen in the next installment of Love Actually.

Continuing her foray into acting, the multi-hyphenate model will join the likes of Hugh Grant, Martine McCutcheon, Keira Knightley, Colin Firth and Liam Neeson. The sequel of the romantic Christmas classic comedy will be in the form of a 10-minute short film, that will air as part of Britain’s Red Nose Day TV telethon for Comic Relief on March 24.

It is not known what Moss’ role will be. Perhaps she could be playing a love interest, like her peer Claudia Schiffer played for Neeson’s widowed character in the 2003 film.

This is not the first time that Moss has exchanged the catwalk for a film set. In 2014 she made her acting debut in the film ‘The Boy in the Dress’. In 2016, she made an appearance as herself in Zoolander 2 and was also seen in Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie.

Love Actually 2 will be broadcast on 24 March 2017 on BBC One in the UK and a day later in the USA.
