In an attempt to ease the minds wondering “how does she do it?”, Naomi has told a few things that help her mantaigning that stunning body shape. One of her secrets is gyrotonics, a kind of gymnastics that “really stretches you” and “you feel like you really elongated yourself for the day”. Naomi relies on streching to tone and trim her body because she doesn’t like “workouts that make you bulky”. Some times she also diets on a cocktail of Maple syrup, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and water, that is “good just to clean out your body once in a while”.
