Kate Moss goes for the “Pocahontas look” in black fringed dress
Just days after covering up in a white Aztec-print kaftan on the beach in Ibiza and then letting it all hang out and not seeming to care as she frolicked in the water, Kate Moss, is back on home territory and donned another Indian-inspired dress for the party scene in London.
Supermodel and style maven, Kate Moss, stepped out in a black dress complete with long fringes at the bottom, a dress that Pocohontas would have been proud to be seen in. Kate cinched the look with a belt at her waist to give it a little shape and carried a yellow clutch to add some colour. Not her best look to date but something seems to be amiss here. Is she hiding a little secret? The rounded curves that she flaunted in Ibiza could be more than just a slight weight gain. Moving on…
The model stepped out to support husband, Jamie Hince, who was performing with his band, The Kills, for a party hosted by the Serpentine Gallery. Kate was joined by friends Kelly Osborne, Liberty Ross and Harry Style for the occasion and later the couple made a showing at a fashion party hosted by the Arts Club.
Best friend, Sadie Frost, Jude Law’s ex-wife has revealed that she is trying to lure Kate to the big screen and thinks she has what it takes to make it big there too. She said, “We did the little Sadie, Stella thing with Katy Brand for Red Nose Day 2009 and Kate really comes across well on screen. I’ve always said to her, ‘You should do it, you should do it. I think it will be the right script and the right thing to do.”
Other supermodels have made it to the big screen and tried their hand at acting so why not Ms Moss, right? Honestly folks, doesn’t she look a little tired like she’s harboring more than just the after-effects of too much fun?
