Emma Holmes has been crowned “The Face,” by Ms Naomi Campbell and there is no surprise element there as the model was on the supermodel’s team.

Model and mentor exchanged glowing sentiments about each other after the crowning. Holmes had this to say about Naomi: “She’s tough, but nurturing. She’s really sweet. A few weeks ago, I was arguing with one of the other contestants and Naomi came to me, when the cameras had been turned off, and was so kind.” Then it was Ms Campbell’s turn to reciprocate and she said: “I am so proud of my Emma. Not only is she uniquely beautiful, she’s also bright, and I think you will have seen how much she developed throughout the series. Becoming the face of Max Factor is an amazing jump start to what can be a very successful career for her.” Definitely a love fest going on there and she further added: “I had a fun time mentoring her – sometimes more fun than others – and know we’ll stay in touch.”

Holmes fought off 24 other contestants to make it to the top and that was a feat in itself. The models were divided into different teams and mentored by Campbell, Erin O’Connor and Caroline Winberg. Holmes was known for her “big personality” which sometimes got her in trouble but perhaps that is what endeared her to Naomi who has a even “bigger personality” of her own.
